I was lucky enough to spend a couple weeks in Portrush, staying only at the Anvershiel House. It was a great stay, in a wonderful town. My trip was in November, so it was the 'off-season' and the weather was mixed but still comfortable, and some of the restaurants had lunch and dinner specials. The B&B was located perfectly for...

Allan and Janice, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. 3 of their rooms were already updated top to bottom and were redoing the other rooms. And to add to our pleasure, a heated towel rack in the bathroom. The downtown pubs and shops were an easy and enjoyable walk even on a chilly nite. A great place to...

Alan and Janice will make sure You're stay is perfect. Lovely and clean rooms, great breakfast. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Portrush is a nice little town but you can visit nearby Portstewart or Colerain. The giant causway and other tourist attractions are close and easy to reach

We stayed here 2 nights mid-November and are pleased with the choice we made. Nice spacious room (we stayed in room 2) with good bay window overlooking the car parking area. Very recently decorated and to a smart standard and very clean. Hosts Allan and Janice really care about the service they give and their new business. They're giving tasteful...

It pains me to rate this B&B as average. But it is. The Host is very nice and accommodating but the facilities are old and uninspiring. The shower is quite small. The breakfast was good The bed was not too comfortable. All in all an average B&B

If you want a warm and welcoming B&B to stay, look no further. We visited Portrush for a long weekend as we wanted to travel around the area and also see The Giants Causeway. Alan is a lovely host, very welcoming and also very knowledgeable of the area, suggesting many places we could visit and even helped us by providing...

New owners Alan and Janice have continued the great hospitality and accommodations. Central location allows for easy walk to Portrush Harbour, Royal Portrush. Short drive from Bushmills and Portstewart. Great Ulster Fry breakfast and lovely modern upgrades to guest rooms.

Lovely B&B in Port Rush. Stayed in recently refurbished room which had been tastefully decorated especially the ensuite. Lots of choice for breakfast (ordered previous evening) & warm welcome from Alan. 15 minute walk along promenade to main harbour.

Found this lovely little b&b on the way to the giant causeway. Alan was very welcoming the room was very comfortable, en suite bathroom, breakfast was fab even though I asked for something off the menu it was made without fuss or question! If we was every passing through port rush again we would stay! Thank you so much

Alan and Janice made us feel like we were at home. Helped us find great dining and any other request. Planned on two days and stayed for six. A great base to enjoy the area and golf. For sure a top pick for the British Open in 2019. They provide an awesome breakfast and the room was spotless. Walk to...
