Arrived here at 1240 for early lunch before the crowds got any worse on Easter Monday. Sat at a table at window then told to move if we wanted food. Imagine paying customers wanting to sit where they want? Waitress took orders then we think the chef went home. Kids pizza, 1 burger and 1 lasagne and no sign of...

Set on the main street of the town. Parking is a gamble in the adjoining streets. Average hotel. Staff were fantastic! Rooms are large and clean, although cold at times. Vey comfortable beds. Very clean and ample en-suites. Very good bar/restaurant area offering decent beers and a decent food menu, although a lot of the food is cooked from frozen....

We went had an alright time here. The first night we were put into a very small room with a burner outside the window. The window was frosted glass and didn't open very far so room was stuffy. However after we spoke to the receptionist they were very helpful and professional, moving us up a floor to a lovely light...

Positives: - the location is great - staff are very friendly - breakfast was good - room was clean Negatives: - as others have commented, Wi-Fi is in reception only - location of my room in the hotel meant I had no mobile phone reception - my room was right beside a burner of some sort and was noisy A...

Awful is the only word I can use to describe. A seaside town is naturally cold in January, but combine this with a freezing hotel room and you have trouble. The heating was not working at all and it was so cold. There is no lift making it really difficult if you are disabled. The member of staff that was...

Stayed here for two nights over New Year and could not fault it for the price we paid. The rooms are very clean and the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a while . Breakfast was very good too with a great choice of freshly cooked food. The staff were lovely too friendly and very helpful all in all...
