This is a typical premier inn, clean and comfortable. Helpful reception and bar staff. Food could do with a bit more variety but this is a brewers fare after all. Good location overlooking the Marian. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel even though it's being renovated. Friendly and helpful staff. Brewers Fayre is very good value for money and the portion size was just right. The cooked to order breakfast is better than the buffet variety and I think all Premier inns should move to this.

Stayed in Carrickfergus Premier Inn, right on the harbour so we woke up to see a beautiful picture of the harbour and although it was the end of Nov it was a beautiful clear day. The room was large and airy, the bed exceptionally comfortable. The staff so helpful and cheerful and the breakfast fantastic.

Recently returned from a four night trip to Northern Ireland, for which two nights we stopped at Carrickfergus Premier Inn. When booking our trips away, I always look for the best accommodation for the cheapest price ... more money to spend while we are away. Our hotel was booked a few months prior to our visit for a good discounted...

What else could you want...good value, town centre, all you (really) need, car parking. The hotel in bang in the centre on the marina - easy walk to all things central. The only comparable hotel is 2-4 miles away!

Stayed three nights with my grandchildren to visit Titanic and the coastal route. Very convenient and all facilities were first class . The children enjoyed the climbing room.Breakfast was good value, although the children's dinner food was not the best quality.

A really pleasant hotel in a great location. Helpful staff and very clean. This hotel is great value for money, ideally located for business travel or a short break. We have used it many times and keep coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was a lovely hotel with a real cosy feel to it. The bar and restuarant was really nice. There was even a play area for the kids. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

What does my title mean? Well, this obviously isn't a high-end hotel but in terms of the Premier Inn chain it gets 5 stars for the following reasons: Location: great - right next to Carrickfergus Castle and the sea. Staff: they earned the 5 stars from me - very helpful, very friendly, very efficient. Sleep: great! One criticism: there's no...

Stunning coastline, gorgeous countryside and a thriving, historic town... there's loads to see and do at the Premier Inn Hotel Carrickfergus. In fact with so much to do within a mile of the front door - plus popular business destinations only slightly further away - your first visit is unlikely to be your last. Step back in time at Carrickfergus Castle and Museum, before stepping out to its Marina and smartly refurbished Amphitheatre leisure centre. And, if it's the right time of year, follow the steps at the Annual Irish Dancing Championships. Either way, kick back at our tasty Brewers Fayre restaurant before diving into your incredibly comfy bed. Important info This hotel is situated next to a main road. Bedrooms are insulated to minimise noise. Directions: M2(J2) out of Belfast City, follow M5 North onto A2 towards Carrickfergus along coast road. Follow signs to the Castle/Maritime Area.
