On arrival we were greeted very warmly by cheery helpful staff. The room is spacious and clean although a little too warm. (We've had some rather warm days.) Our meal at Jospers was disappointing with us having to get the attention of staff. We weren't offered drinks and had to ask. Our entree was delicious but the chicken Caesar salad...

Starting with Head Receptionist, EMMA, the staff are just perfect; polite, professional and friendly. The room was superb and very comfortable. The hotel is modern and the views of Belfast Lough are unbeatable. Highly, highly recommended

We attended a wedding there which went off without a hitch. The hotel is what you would expect. The staff , including the front desk, were friendly , helpful and professional. The room was typical and we had no complaints. Breakfast was the usual buffet fare that is the rule. There is adequate parking which is a definite plus. I...

I stopped at this hotel for one night in April 2017. I arrived without a reservation after my travel plans had changed and was able to get a room for £75 including breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the room as it was clean, well equipped, spacious with a large double bed. There was a good choice at the buffet...

Arrived with a group of friends, and used this hotel as a base for touring the area. An attractive looking hotel with nice interior decor. The rooms were nicely furnished, the lounge and bar with plenty of room to relax, and the buffet breakfast plentiful and enjoyable. Service was good and the staff friendly. The only concern for me, was...

Spent 4 days/3 nights here on a family getaway. Staff were lovely, rooms clean and comfortable and it was a perfect base to explore the area. Would definitely recommend. Particular mention to Gary who checked us in and also worked at the kids soft play. We had a great time, thank you.

Visited today with a friend for some lunch. I had the seafood chowder which was delicious and a well sized portion. Staff was friendly and had a lovely young boy take our order. I gave 4 star because no one asked us during our meal if the food was ok or asked if we needed anymore water. I went to...

They allow layman preachers to arrive in from the street and ram religion down your throat instead of food! This I can assure leaves a bad taste in the mouth as well as being uncomfortable. Would not recommend, kids were frightened when we witnessed what seemed to be an exorcism (hands on head) event taking place with religious chants.
