A group of 28 ladies went for a three course lunch on 10th Jan. 23. we had pre ordered various dishes and they all arrived freshly cooked and were piping hot. All the ladies throughly enjoyed all courses. I would highly recommend the food and the service we received at the Falcon Hotel.

Had a great weekend at this hotel. The host could not do enough for us. Very helpful and went out of the way to help us. We were a group of friends with different dietry requirements all of which were met with ease. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely warm and cosy rooms. Definitely recommended as a central hotel and Carmarthen was very welcoming. Thank you very much,

Excellent food always pleasant staff - even when they are very busy. I have been to this restaurant for lunch - evening meals and with large groups and always it is excellent - never had a bad meal there.

I organised our choir Christmas meal at the Falcon Hotel and we went last night. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. From the point of making the initial booking to the evening the customer service was exemplary. We will definitely be back!

Attended a family wake yesterday. Full afternoon tea was provided. Hotel was clean and very inviting. Staff exceptionally friendly. The food was of the highest quality and plentiful. We will stay here when next visiting Carmarthen.

We went to the Falcon hotel for our Christmas Works lunch. The food was amazing, so tasty and big portions. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend you visiting.

Last weekend we held a function at the Falcon for 60 people. The food was spectacular and the service was second to none. Highly recommend. The room was warm, nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Arrived to a freezing cold, damp room, no heating had been put on and the bed was damp, we booked a superior room, and asked for a lower level room, we were what felt like the attic and If room 10 is classed as superior I wouldn’t want to stay in the standard rooms. The lady that checked us in was lovely breakfast was ok we didn’t get what we ordered, no beans or tomato food put in front of us and left to get on with it, no check back or offer of sauces. Shame really could be such an amazing place ???

The room we stayed in was well equipped, had a comfy bed, was well heated, and had a bath, often a rarity these days. Dinner was very good with several homemade dishes to choose from. Breakfast was equally as enjoyable. Prices were reasonable, but above all the owners and staff provided a first class service. No matter how good or bad the food and facilities are, if the service is poor it's a "thumbs down" for me. The Falcon was a"thumbs up" and when we return to Carmarthen we hope to stay here again.
