We've been staying with Lisa and Steve at Morlyn for many years and have always had a great experience whether in the self-catering flat or a more traditional B+& room. You are guaranteed a warm welcome, great food and plenty of advice, if sought, on places to visit. You could however just walk down the road about 1/2 mile to... More

Lisa and Steve made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and always happy to have a chat about the area and life in general. Rooms was spacious, with very comfortable armchairs, a good size TV with a selection of good DVDs, plus a balcony with great views. Make sure you have the cooked breakfast. Steve says he's not a... Stayed here for 1 night only, we received a warm welcome. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Five minute walk to the beach. We have two dogs which was not a problem as it is a pet friendly guest house.

I can't recommend Steve and Lisa's place highly enough. They are friendly and helpful - they make you feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was just the job - warm, clean and well appointed. The food, both breakfast and evening meal, is superb. It's a dog-friendly establishment so Rover can have a break too and it's a ten... More

We stayed at Morlyn guest house for three days over and into the new year. It is a small guest house with only 4 rooms and we stayed in room four which was an extremely clean double with an extra single in the lounge. There was a small balcony with lovely views over fields, the estuary and onward to the... More

Three of us and the dog just spent a couple of nights here. I can't sing the praises enough of this place. The rooms are comfortable and spotless with breathtaking views of the mountains and estuary. The beautiful beach is only a short walk away. Owners Lisa and Steve are charming and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good... More

I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Lovely warm welcome, very accommodating (served breakfast early so we could be out by 7.00am), nice clean room, good amenities, great views, comfortable ... what more do you want?

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Morlyn. I wanted to write as we had such a fab time and it deserves a huge recommendation. Lisa and her husband have thought of everything to make this a wonderful place to stay. Our room was lovely; spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Stunning views across the mountains. Breakfast -... More
