Themis Mudhouse, nestled in Sampla, offers luxurious ethnic accommodations, amidst a lush village-type landscape. We choose this resort after careful evaluation to celebrate one of our biggest milestones, our parent's 50th marriage anniversary and had a day's stay. We had an evening celebration event that was organized in the green area. It was a close family gathering comprising of 12 members. We really enjoyed the stay (ethnic style room décor), desi cuisine, and cultural activities. We would like to appreciate the support received from the resort manager, Mr Kapil, and his team who ensured that each moment of the stay is truly comfortable and extended all support to make this a memorable event. The decoration was fabulous and he arranged a beautiful cake on our behalf. Our parents and family were super happy with the arrangements! We would like to recommend Themis, and it's perfect for family bonding. The resort offers a host of sports activities like a cricket field (netted), table tennis, air hockey, badminton, trampoline, bouncer, a dedicated activity room for kids under 5 years old, and many other activities. The mattress wasnt good at all. & the hospitality & behaviour of the staff wasnt friendly. They didnt serve us have our morning tea when called at 10:45 am for tea as check out time was near, but shouodnt have been the case. Your checkin time is 2pm & if someone wants to check out by 11:30-1200 pm it should have been considered. Atleast the order for tea should have been served in the morning.

Visited this Themis mud house sampla. Guys, i am telling you seriously. If you are planning to visit this place.. dont. Just an overpriced piece of sh!t place.. Starting from look, ok, for the name mud house, everything is covered with mud and full of greenery..that is there, but that's all. In the name of vintage look, room has full of broken old dusty switches,no ventilation at all, AC was pathetic.. in summers this place would turn in to a heated he!! The mud pool was so small and sticky, that nobody even bothered (the resort was full then also) on one entered. Yes, the saline pool water was another issue ( a resort such big should actually have a small water softener setup) Then came the worst part, entire resort had no water for 2 hours(that also around 11:30) all guests complained, and the receptionist instead of being helpful, hung up the phone and when people actually went to discuss it face to face, then they bothered to fix the issue after an argument.. when u r spending 12000 on room, you actually expect basic stuff and courtesy.. seems like - jab jada chal jata hai kuj to log bhool jate hai, that guest se he Paisa aa raha hai. Not a good experience overall. 11,000 mein to the taj (delhi mein acha room ajae with morning buffet)…

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Food was delicious but dj at pool could have been better !!!!!! We expected live singing but still it was worth it to have a stay at mudhouse resort !!! Thank you for your services Themis Mudhouse would like to visit again :)

Stayed at Themis Mudhouse - Singhpura to celebrate my husband’s birthday, I must say , our stay there was nothing short of fantastic. We opted for classic villa with a private pool, it was the perfect choice for us. The room size was spacious and comfortable. I must mention that visiting this place during winter month is a perfect tike. So that one can sit outside and enjoy live music. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The bubble and hype around the place are busted as you talk to their Sales ladies who instead of answering would only point to Catalog shared and threaten to book as it is 'FULL HOUSE'. Their rigidity could be attributed to lack of education n attitude and our apprehensions about their Owners were coming true as we were made to remit advance not in their Property account but into one MOHIT DABAS' personal account. We clarified all points including that of our Puppy - ShiTzu to be allowed. ( Photo attached to let everyone decide if he looks ferocious ) As we reached the location under hot humid conditions at 13:00 hours the managers started looking at us as if we were some rogue elements - they objected to our Puppy, and all our chats with their representative were ignored. We were adamant and the inhospitable fellows made us wait for 2 hours - management will decide our fate. They said please have the welcome drink - how welcoming it could be one can imagine. And the drinks - Aam Panna was nothing but hard saline water. The waiters looked at the puppy like the 'Angry Birds'. 'yeh kaise aa gaya " After all the wait the favour from the Management to allow us to check into our booked Suite. Not without conditions of keeping Puppy confined to the Room as other guests would object - he did not know he is so adorable that everyone loved him. As we tried to settle down kids were playing with 'Blush' - Little Dog my daughter slipped - I noticed as you see from the photos the walls were a mix of Mud and lots of sand which was wearing out and falling next to the bed - dried it was all over the floor. Since we included all the meals the pressure was to have Lunch available till 4 pm. We quickly finished before asking kids to have it - by the time they went the 'Sweet dish' were all finished. No complaints as we were indebted to them for entry. By evening we went out to check on the Snacks counters - sorry just 1 Counter ( the catalog would make it all plural ) of 'Gol Gappa' - and its ancillaries Bhalla but without Aloo which we are used to. Compared to Day events by various Properties having unlimited Activities & Food, etc. it was 'Miniscule'. Next the 'Dinner' . Morning was check out and we had reminder calls - to check out by 11 AM ELSE be ready to shell our Rs 1000 for every hour spent. ( And its is writing too - what lousy mindset you can expect from spoilt lads - the Owners from Haryana ) Finally Good bye - for Good. And a wonderfully perceived vacation got screwed, felt very disappointed particularly when everyone in the family has different work schedules and these gatherings could be rare. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY SPENT …

Not recommend for two reason: 1. The ceiling was leaking at night. When I raised a complaint, instead of changing my room, they shifted my bed in a different direction. 2. I asked for towel which I never received. I waited for atleast an hour but no one turned up.

If you are planning for a weekend getaways, then this is the one!! Had an amazing stay, property is well maintained, rooms are clean and food is served hot and tasty. Pool was clean and has a very nice ambiance around it.. and pool side Live music 🎶 in the evening was killer… (you can not miss it). Staff was very supportive and polite, special thanks to Kapil for being the single point of contact.
