Thank you for a most pleasant stay! It was cozy and the bed was amazing with excellent, friendly service, nothing was too much trouble & a fantastic cooked breakfast...Doesn't get any better than this and much better than most Hotels I've stayed in! Thankyou so much!

Very good location, needs refurbishment - bathrooms a little dated and cracked sinks in room. Showers poor on pressure - have to have a bath. Great hostess and breakfast. Offered a real coffee on arrival which was great. No Tv in room.

A wonderful B&B, fabulous views, lovely room and an amazing host, Maxine. A gentle, generous and strong woman who made us feel welcome from the moment she opened the front door. It was my birthday and we came back from a day out to a bottle of wine and a birthday card - customer service taken to an incredible level! Everything...

Ideal location being close enough to walk into town and quiet enough to get some sleep after sampling all the real ales! We stayed in the twin room alongside the road and we didn't think it was that noisy with road traffic. Anybody who lives in the city would think the B and B is very quiet. Enough said about...

Proprietress was extremely helpful and considerate. The area was very busy the weekend we were in Crickhowell but you would never have guessed that from Park Place. Very quiet, very relaxing. The breakfast options provide for a wide variety of tastes and are served in sufficient quantity that you can wind up with a takeaway lunch!

We booked this through laterooms.com as the result of a quick decision to get away for a couple of days. We'd booked two rooms for the three of us, when we got there we'd actually been given three rooms at no extra charge. A very well run, clean and well stocked guesthouse. The wide choice of breakfasts were great, I...

Room - small, but perfectly formed if you just need somewhere to rest your head for the night. Very noisy on roadside - sleep disturbed. Breakfast - excellent - go for the Welsh breakfast! Well placed for road travel.

I had reserved Park Place for a weekend with friends who was joining us from London. I'm afraid I have had to cancel before our stay. As we were in the area last weekend I wanted to pop by the guesthouse to see if there was any recommendations for walks from the front door. There was no one in and...

We booked last minute and were in a family suite in the attic, more room than we needed, but it was what they had. Convenient to downtown Crickhowell. I managed to screw up and lock ourselves out of the bathroom, nobody's fault but my own. We notified the innkeeper, was 2 1/2 hours before they came to unlock it for...

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding in Crickhowell. The B&B is a perfect venue for anyone. Maxine is the perfect hostess- she really couldn't do enough for you. The breakfasts in the morning are made to order using local produce and tastes divine! The rooms are all comfortable and well equipped. Crickhowell itself is...
