Our second break and once again we cannot fault one single thing with the accommodation. This is one of the most relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stays you could ever wish for. You will not be disappointed with anything about your stay. Book a break and return home totally recharged.

Amazing place to stay! Barn conversions have been done beautifully and the area is stunning. A great place to explore the welsh hills and coastline from. Aberdyfi is just down the road and it's a short drive to Cadair Idris. Fantastic accommodation and the bara brith was lovely! The dog had the best time of all. Would highly recommend!

Horrible ! We booked after reading reviews and it was nothing like it. The moment we entered our cottage , there was a terrible smell resembling that of a sewer which we found was coming from the toilet. This smell never went away and every time
we returned to the cottage we were met with it. The floor was filthy and dust was everywhere ,along with a variety of insects such as spiders and beetles. The toilet seat was broken so slipped every time it was sat on and the curtains were so dusty and smelly we couldn’t bear to sleep in the rooms. I don’t think our cottage had been cleaned or inspected before it was given to us and I’m thoroughly disappointed. We asked for more towels and a fan as it was boiling and were told they do not provide any more towels other than one towel for each person on arrival. The bedding in the cupboard was full of dust and smelled so old . I’m surprised that despite COVID, no care was taken to provide us with a clean cottage. We were so scared to move anything as there were so many creepy crawlies about we might as well have been staying in a stable, as it sure smelled like one. I do not know how this has been rated a 4star holiday rental but I’m struggling to give it one star and that too only for the breathtaking views.Hafoty , you need to inspect the cottages before you rent them out. Unacceptable to be charging people for such substandard accommodation.

What a fantastic place to stay! Bob and Glenys are the perfect hosts, and the properties are both wonderful - warm, cosy and finished to a high standard. Both also have fantastic views from the rear windows. Lots to do in the local area with the coast only about 10 minutes away in the car, and nice walks from the door. We had an amazing time and even the dog didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back.
