I stayed at Le Renardiere with my parents and partner for a skiing holiday in March 16 and we all thought it was a lovely cheap and cheerful hotel, with friendly staff and fantastic food. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, including a hot option 6/7 days. Afternoon tea was nice after a day on the slopes between...

First impressions were not great. Upon arrival we walked in via the unsecured door and struggled to find anyone. There was a rather unpleasant aroma in the entrance foyer. Walking through to the dining/bar/kitchen area we were greeted by the dirtiest floor, the kitchen was a grimy mess. Tea and coffee were available how ever a clean cup (from the...

I booked a 3 night stay through Alpine Elements. Staff were really nice, hotel was comfortable and warm (something I often struggle with on skiing holidays!) the restaurant was nice and the food was lovely. I am a fussy eater and I was always accommodated when I needed an alternative option. I was a bit disappointed with a couple of...

We stayed here in February 2016 for a week skiing with my wife. We booked via Alpine elements, who orgainsed transfers, ski passes, equipment rental etc...all very well done. La Renardierre is a convenient hotel/chalet for Morzine centre. A 10 minute walk into town (and the Pleney lifts), and a free bus "E" back out from town drops you just...

Great location, professional, attentive and extremely helpful staff, superb food and lovely warm, clean hot-tub. It was my first time with Alpine Elements and will definitely use this tour operator again.

We stayed at this chalet hotel with Alpine Elements, on a ski package holiday and unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. We received a conformation email naming our flight operator as "alba star". When we got to the airport we could not find the check in desk for this and our flight was not displayed on the departures board....

There once was a small town in France, We ended up going there by chance. A last minute booking, After ten minutes of looking And with that, a celebratory dance. Unfortunately the hotel that we chose, Had too few guests and thus had to close. But no need to fear, La Renardiere was here, And this is how the story...

Great little chalets. The welcome by Philippe is second to none as he imparts his local knowledge to ensure you get the maximum out of your stay. The chalets gave everything you need for your stay, including the brilliant hot tub! What is fantastic is the way you are left completely alone and not bothered. This place is brilliant for...

We stayed in this hotel as part of an activity holiday with Alpine Elements. Their young, friendly and attentive staff kept everything running smoothly. The range of activities available was great and many at the extreme end of the range (despite a lack of information and warning). The evening meal in the hotel was very good, though the breakfast buffet...
