Quite different from the German visitor who seems to have got upset , I found the room facilities good (and the A/c in a heatwave extremely pleasant). The pool is fine, the garden well maintained. Breakfast is fine as well. Parking was easy and convenient. The restaurant is very sopisticated (and also very very expensive). It is over-waitered. They have...

The restaurant is wonderful if somewhat pricey (degustation meals at EUR 135 and EUR 115, a Petit-Pois starter EUR 45, a Gascoigne Pork main EUR 52). The food is beautifully presented and the waiters are very friendly, the "extras" (amuse-bouche, bread, sweets, drink nibbles) are also superb. We very much enjoyed our visit to the restaurant; it was more of...

This hotel and restaurant are just outside reims, very close either by car or taxi to the city centre. The rooms vary by size and amenity and did not seem unfairly priced. We originally booked a room with a terrace but since it was quite hot we changed to a room with a/c which was quite large and comfortable with...

I have just come back from a 5 night stay at this hotel. The room was fine, not luxury but comfortable and spacious. The pool is nice. The restaurant was fabulous, we had two different tasting menus and loved them both, although we were completely overfaced by the desserts, which were over the top (about 10 different things arrived at...

After much deliberation and based on the fact the restaurant here has 2*Michelin, I booked a stay at this hotel (the 2 other hotels were not available) for the last weekend of May. We set to depart on time to arrive for dinner but had a problem with the car, as soon as we arrived in France we called the...

Stayed for 2 nights as a little weekend break and hotel was absolutely FAB! Check in staff were especially friendly, and the whole place had a very slick, well organized feel about it. Our room, a large double, really was LARGE, with a sofa, 6' bed, BIG bathroom with separate shower and claw foot bath. It was only EUR5.00 taxi...

Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were both wonderful. Stayed a couple of nights and the room was noisy but we did have the windows wide open as the weather was very hot! Great swimming pool and gardens. Very easy to get by car to Reims and surrounding areas.

We dined at the restaurant but did not stay overnight. It is only a short drive from Reims. This is a fantastic restaurant with wonderful service and the ambience is perfect. The quality of the food is exception. Not quite as good as Boyer Les Crayeres, but heads and shoulders above other Reims restaurants. I highly recommend the experience of...

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience whilst staying on 26th December 2003 on our way through to the Alps. The staff were very professional and polite, the room was comfortable (if rather too warm) and we had an excellent meal. The Waiting staff showed their professionalism and expertise, offered assistance with the menu and wine if requested,...

I made the reservation for my husband, my daughter and myself a week in advance and received confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel for check in, the woman behind the desk acknowledged that she had confirmed our reservation but would not honor it. She was extremely rude and gave no reason or apology. We had to drive through Rheims...
