We arrived very tired and very wet off Offa's Dyke, and Ceinwen made us feel better right away. Such a lovely smiley welcome, urging us into her aga-warmed kitchen for pints of tea and fresh Welsh-cakes and comforting chat, and drying our stuff ready for the next day. Our room was spacious, spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a... More

Lovely hosts. Stayed 1 night during Offas Dyke Path walk. Cake and coffee on arrival. Not only booked table for us at neaby Mellington Hall for evening meal but ferried us to and fro. Great breakfast too!

We stayed for two nights whilst attending a wedding at Mellinton Hall Hotel. A warm welcome from Ceinwen who served coffee with home baked scones, jam and cream which we ate outside and enjoyed the fantastic views and the peace and tranquillity of the area. The room was very comfortable with superb views and breakfast was beautifully cooked and served.... More

Just back from great stay with Ceinwen and Robert at Drewin Farm, with its great views and access to Offas Dyke. Really friendly welcome (we had a tough day walking) was just what was needed. Lovely bedroom with tea/coffee making, biscuits and modern ensuite facilities. Ceinwen dried out our boots and coats etc Great breakfast next morning with an array... More

After the toughest day on Offas Dyke, I was in need of comfort and that is exactly what I got at Drewin Farm. Ceiwen was very welcoming and gave me fresh cream tea (scones baked that day) on arrival. Room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was excellent. If you can stay here!

We were 2 couples walking Offa's Dyke. The setting of the farm is beautiful. Ceinwen is a gracious and friendly hostess. You feel a guest in her home, which is a true farmhouse. She has thought of many extra things ( sewing kit , shoe shine kit, magazines) which you might not need during your stay but speaks to her... More

After the shocker, that is the stretch from Knighton to Cwm, on the Offa's Dyke Trail, it was a pleasure to find Drewin Farm waiting for us. Ceinwen provided us with a generous welcoming afternoon tea. She and her husband, were very obliging in answering all our farm - related questions. A lovely comfy room and breakfast, helped recharge us... More

Visited here for one night whilst at a wedding at Mellington Hall. Very welcoming, lovely comfortable accommodation and fantastic breakfast in the morning. Thank you to Mrs Richards for taxiing us to and from the wedding reception. Would definitely stay here again.

We had mistimed our departure from Knighton and arrived rather late at Drewin Farm after a very difficult day on the Offa's Dyke path. We were hot and bothered, rather wet and very tired. But not for long... Ceinwen soon had us sat at the family table tucking into straight-from-the-oven hot buttered bara-brith, home made welsh cakes and chocolate cake.... More
