Mark and Jan are excellent hosts. A friendly greeting on arrival and shown to a large comfortable room near the garden. Lovely bathroom with plenty of clean towels and good free wifi. Nothing was too much of a bother for them. We were made to feel really welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was superb. It was a perfect location for...

A very warm welcome with most comfortable accomodation. Hosts Mark and Jan offer excellent authentic chinese dinners as well as many other requests. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring the northern Pembrokeshire coast and is within half mile from the Irish ferry

We recently stayed here and were really impressed with the accommodation. It was spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast was lovely - full English with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc to start. Everyone was so friendly. Such a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. We walked to the seafront along the coastal path. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location....

Stayed two days...had room number 6...small but fully functional ensuite. Got in late this past Friday and was immediately shown to my room. As I had made a dinner reservation, Jan came up personally and asked what I would like. I asked her to suprise me...I wasn't disappointed. It was fresh, hot and delicious. Breakfast was great too...full English, assortment...

After having a ten day driving trip through Devon and Cornwall we spent our last night at this guest house. On arrival we were informed that the in-house restaurant was fully booked that evening but we were given no information regarding nearby eateries, however we overcame this ourselves. The room was somewhat dated and bathroom facilities were poor and unhygienic,...

Thank you so much Fiona for your comments which have enabled us to prioritize some outstanding works! I have just finished touching up room 4 bathroom which admittedly needed some attention - even though I am not a tiler, grouter or sealer! Managing a B&B is a round the clock, multi tasking nightmare but for great reviews and wonderful guests...

We stayed in Fishguard prior to leaving for Ireland. It was a great base from which to discover the area and so convenient for the port. The rooms were certainly adequate but the joy was the owners who were so accommodating, especially with our little dog. The Asian food was a little pricey but probably the best and definitely the...

Thank you Nicky for your review! It was probably the busiest week of our lives here at the Ivybridge and still to be noticed for being accommodating was surprising and hugely important to us. We look forward to meeting you again when passing through Fishguard > Rosslare > Fishguard! Have a super autumn! Mark & Jan

Lovely rooms and exeptional good food, cooked by the owners self. We've been there for three days with our two dogs. We visited the coast and the wool museum. We'll come back there for sure. You feel more than welcome here. Thanks Jan and Mark.

He accompanied us to our rooms which were beautiful and so homely. He told us about all the little walks we could go on which was beside the guest house. There...
