I stayed in Titley over Christmas and New Year with family this year. It seemed rude not to visit The Stagg Inn as it was literally a stones throw away. We visited in quite a big group (14), which didn't seem to be an issue at all. We were seated in the main bar area as you first walk in...

Had a Sunday lunch here, with friends and was disappointed. This 'gastro' pub was not what it is cracked up to be by reviewers of some nat newspapers. The Manageress was mildly aggressive! Nasty spotlights everywhere, so you feel you are being interrogated! Staff all dressed in black and clearly not customer savvy. The first course was very good, (smoked...

We had - yet again - a fabulous meal and stay, last weekend. Only things missing for me would be subtle, background music and comfortable chairs to retire to, post-meal. Overall, consistently high standard (we have visited 4 times).

Three friends and I had the perfect meal here as a Saturday night treat whilst on a weekend away. We had been warned to book weak in advance - 5 weeks was sufficient. It was worth the rather long drive from out holiday cottage. Cocktails to start were superb, even the non-alcoholic ones for our non drinker. Great Amuse Bouches...

Stayed here for one night to meet up with some friends. We had a double room in the Inn, up one flight of stairs. Very individual rooms, beautifully designed to be sympathetic with the age and style of the building. Lovely big bathroom. Bedroom with double bed. Curtesy tray contained tea pot with tea bags, coffee cafetiere with ground coffee,...

Really enjoyable stay, attentive staff and a great meal. Made a real difference to our business meeting. Rooms are lovely, cosy and relaxed. All this set in beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The menu was interesting and the prices were good.

Our visit was a Saturday night stay, with dinner on the Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning. We stayed in a room in the main inn building. The room was large, the bed was comfortable with lovely bed linen, tea and coffee making facilities were good, the brownies were delicious, the only challenge was trying to get the loo...

My husband, baby girl & I had the most spectacular lunch at The Stagg last week. Tasty homemade bread and crisps, fillet steak cooked perfectly for me and the vegetarian Wellington for my husband, he said he could eat it all day it was the best he has ever tasted! We both had the legendary bread and butter pudding for...

We stayed here for a night in a room in The Vicarage which was very comfortable with a great bath in the room. The restuarant itself was quite informal but had a good choice on the menu and lots of choice on the wine and drinks menu. Before we left our room for the meal we had a soak in...
