We had a two bedroom duplex which was in the outbuildings behind the cafe. The building had faulted ceiling/exposed beams, a modern kitchen, and quaint bedroom furniture. It was amazing. There is a private garden on the property that reminded me of an Austen novel. There is a small grocery store next door which came in Handy. All in all...

We were travelling with 4 children visiting Carcassonne for a single night. We were given a lovely room with a beamed ceiling in the outbuildings of a 12th century castle. it was accessed via a winding staircase from the bar/cafe and housed a double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. Bedding and decor had been carefully considered and the...

What a great medieval atmosphere! A stunning place for those who would like to stay in a hotel adjacent to a small village castle. Our room was neat and clean and the receptionist was very warm-hearted. The shared bathroom might be a problem for some people as there might be queues in the morning. We also liked the proximity of...

We had a few problems with finding the castle, but it was worth it! Atmosphere blown us away! I was there with my family and each of us had enjoyed the night in the castle. Unfortunately surrounding of this beautiful building is very neglected. It would be so much more amazing with a well-kept garden in the back. The staff...

This place is full of character. We rented a two bedroom flat and it was beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The bar doesn't serve much food, but there's a grocer's next door. Great wifi, free Peking, and close to Carcassonne. I loved the experience and would definitely recommend it.

I was in the area for work but stayed here to visit a friend who lives in the village. A lovely building was clean and tidy and the friendliness of the staff created a wonderful atmosphere. I would happily recommend. Good value and very tranquil

Situated in a quiet little village outside of CArcasonne this hostel is a secret treasure. It is a beautiful setting. Line and her father went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They even carted us around to find a remote vineyard and drove us into Carcasonne. Thank you guys. We had a great time.

I stayed here last month over Easter, and the location is truly fantastic. Located just down the road from Carcassonne (you can get here by bus, get in touch with the hostel beforehand for detailed instructions), the views you get are stunning. The general atmosphere and quality of the hostel is brilliant, unfortunately you can't get into the main section...

One of the best hostels I stayed in over a 3 month stint travelling Europe and staying in numerous hostels!! The staff were amazing and so accommodating. I don't speak any French and I thought that I would struggle. "Line" (pronounced Lina) was so friendly and helpful. As I arrived on a day when there was no public transport available,...

Everything was great, a good price/value ratio, the woman in the reception was quite nice, and the double room was big and clean. The bathroom was made for having a bath more than a shower, so relaxing... My only critic would be that the property should indicate better that you need to cross the city center of "Trebes" (following the...
