Ample car parking and easy enough to get into town by taxi or bus. We are both smokers and there was good facilities for our needs. Booked the de lux sea...

I booked a room here without knowing much about it. It turned out to be real great place. Staff are really friendly and nothing was (almost!) not too much trouble. Room not the biggest but everything you could want for. It has been refurbished fairly recently and was of a very standard. Internet was good, which it often isn't in...

Despite the gale and heavy rain outside, the hotel was warm and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, well prepared and the staff excellent. We quickly...

We stayed in a nice room with a sea view for 3 nights over half term.Although we didnt like the music that much (Saturday night) we were warned that it would be noisy when we made the booking. As our room was directly over the music ,we could...

Staff are lovely and the food was nice but the noise from the pub meant that we didn't get any quiet until midnight and there was a lot of banging in the night too which kept us awake. We were very disappointed that somewhere claiming to offer hotel services would not be more respectful of guests - the floor was...

The Gladstone offers a perfect place to stay for a short break..All the rooms are of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The manager ,Chris, was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him or any of the staff. We ate in the pub restaurant and the waitress was so friendly and helpful too. The...
