About
Hotel description
The accommodation offered at Bulkeley Mill, located within the Snowdonia National Park, is a combination of old-world charm and modern comfortable facilities with the emphasis being on quality from the personal attention to the facilities provided. It is believed that there has been a mill on this site since the 15th century. The first known recording was in 1684. An oak beam is still in evidence with the engraving R. B. 1689 which is to commemorate the completion of the work. The double room has its own personal access onto a balcony which overlooks the waterwheel and gardens. The room has a canopied king-sized double bed, with a dressing room and fully-equipped ensuite facilities. The twin bedroom has ensuite facilities and an adjoining twin-bedded childrens' room. They have views onto both the garden and to the mountains beyond. The lounge is a conversion of the original 1689 AD 1st floor mill building including the winch pulley and shaft, which are still in place.
