Room is well maintained neat and clean with sufficient lights and ventilation .The room is well paintained with good modern paints and is spaciuos . One of the best hotels to stay in Pakur. At first I was not expecting this kind of hotel in Pakur. Each and every thing of this hotel is admirable whether its staff or service or food or cleanliness. Perfect hotel. Room rates are also low and within budget. In short this one is perfect. In future whenever I will visit Pakur this hotel will be my first choice.

I had came for dinner with my friend and I got horrible service from the staff. I had order for some drinks and snacks for that they took 45 minutes when I told them why you are so late they told us they are shortage of staff. When I ask for manager he also didn't came to meet us. Staff were busy with their chit chat.and i told to staff to clean my tablet for that they took 25 minutes.

Well in a small town, it is one of the best hotels, but it was a room which made u question if the blanket was clean, towel was clean...etc. I walked into the room at 1.30 at night and it was filled with insects, there were 2 mushrooms growing behind the door. The blanket felt unclean. The next day requested for a thorough cleaning of the room, yet, in the evening, after a full day of work, I again return to a room full of insects, requested for a Red HIT, but they only had the black mosquito one, so I made do with spraying it on all the insects with a vengeance. The mushroomS had been cleared thankfully. But the dinner was quite tasty, next morning had to check out, early so got no breakfast - I’m thinking small town problems.

The hotel is located at Netram Sagarmal Kedia path in Pakur.It is about 0.5 km away from Pakur railway station and one km from bus stand.It has specious rooms with well decorated and multi cuisine restaurant,The rooms are well furnished.Here conference and banquet hall is also present for various activities.

Excellent place.Located within 5 minutes walking distance from pakur rly stn.Staffs well behaved.Food excellent.No tips.Free wi fi.Good ambience.good restaurant.All the rooms are good but room nos 101 to 103 are front facing and superb.I did not expect such a nice hotel in this place.Great stay

I heard about this hotel a couple of days back from one of my colleagues. Decided to set off in my car and stay for a night at this property. Firstly, this hotel is located in one of the most backward districts of one of the most backward state in India. So obviously I wasn't expecting even a 1 star. The road to the hotel is narrow, overcrowded and in a bad shape. So obviously you won't enjoy at the beginning. But on reaching the hotel, I was a little surprised to see such a well established hotel in such a location. The hotel has two floors with reception and restaurant in the ground floor and rooms in the second floor. And they have a big parking space too within the boundary. Rooms are pretty decorated and spacious. The restaurant is large with a big seating capacity, and well decorated. Food was good too. And prices ain't that high either. Hospitality and service needs improvement though. Overall I liked the property for a one day break from regular routine.

I Went there with my family and order foods..the staff were sleeping..they were unable to serve food on timee..I have waited for almost an hour still no one responded properly...at last I left the place without eating any thing cancelled my order.
Suggestion: If you are having lot of crowed please inform the same, that it will take some to serve the order.
