This was our favourite camp whilst we visited India. It has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and all the staff act with complete professionalism. Our first stay was brief but managed to eat the chefs tasting menu which was brilliant. I couldn't fault anything, This is an amazing example of how hospitality should be done!

A warm place with warm host at a chilly mountain range! it was the best trip ever taken in a really long time. Right from Damru and Bhairav, Jivika and ankit to Vikram bhaiya my tourist/camping guide, it was just all welcoming and memorable. it felt like finally i was home away from home. had no doubts that i would be in safe and hygienic place knowing i was traveling solo, however 200 words are not enough to how touched i felt. a big thank you <3 will see you again soon

A must visit place in Nainital. It is 16km up from Nainital city. From tent the view I cannot express myself. Hospitality for all staff is very kind & generous. Mr. Ankit the owner he is just superb with his extra ordinary hospitality with his awesome team. If you want to enjoy the mother nature I request to everyone please visit this place, I am very sure you all love it.

So if you're visiting Nainital, the first thing you gotta do is take a 2-3 days stay at Moksham Himalayan Campsite. It's 18 km from nainital but if you're coming from mega cities and you're actually looking for peace than make sure this is a must stay. The place is a heaven. The view is so mesmerizing that you would hardly believe that it's real. The owners, Ankit & Yashika are so amazing people and so cooperating and they've literally made a place like a home stay. The staff and the food is absolutely amazing. Not just that but the two mountain doggos over there will make your day, the younger one is a bit of nasty but you'll love them. I've been there for the first time and 2 months later I'm gonna visit it again in the winter. The camps are so luxurious and they're so clean. The place is near Ghughukhan, where you can go for a trek nearby as well as you can take a long 4-5 kms walk into deep forests and you can see breathtaking Valley views. It's a must.

Moksham's location let's one witness the magic of monsoons in mountains! For the adventurous, there is a Forest Fire Trail to experience, with Bhairav (a magnificent furry companion) leading the way! For the hikers, there are a couple of peaks one could trek up to as a day hike. For dog lovers, you just can't have enough of Bhairav and Damroo😊😊 - and they are pretty well disciplined too. The beautiful cafe (which has a balcony overlooking the valley and hill ranges ahead) provides reasonably priced wholesome meals! And some very appropriately selected music to go with. Thank you for the lovely memories dear Yashika ñ Ankit! And, many thanks to your staff for their wonderful service! We hope to see you soon😊

Luxurious camps at pangot away from hustle bustle of nainital. Owners are super friendly and have managed property amazingly. Food preparations tastes great especially aloo parantha and cutlets. Their cafe is hot spot..from its balcony we saw sun sets, flowing clouds and rains. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

I am a frequent traveller and consider hills my detox retreat!! My preference is always unorthodox and non-commercialized places…… Love to visit offbeat locations. Decided to Visit Moksham Himalayan Campsite (Gugukham/Pangot, Uttarakhand) on my 12 Anniversary with family. My wife, daughters and parents simply love the stay and experience (P.S. it was their first Campsite stay). We simply fell in love with the beauty and peacefulness of surrounding, it was totally opposite to our daily hectic life of Noida and to add on top of it, the hospitality we received was awesome……. We certainly felt it was short and could get some more days to extend ☹ I strongly recommend them to friends & family and looking forward to my revisit. Abhishek
