Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol, is lauded for its luxurious and contemporary design, offering guests a welcoming atmosphere complemented by live music. The rooms, celebrated for their comfort and breathtaking views, have seen some concerns regarding noise and upkeep. While the staff's attentiveness and professionalism consistently receive high marks, opinions on value for money are mixed, with some questioning the alignment of price with the luxury offerings.
The resort's array of amenities, including pools and a spa, are popular, albeit with some notes on service efficiency. Its beach-adjacent location is appreciated, though a little distant from local eateries and attractions.

I don't want to write a really long review, so will keep it short and sweet. Which exactly describes my 4 nights here with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I'll start with the things we loved;
The welcome nibbles in our room on arrival, the bottled water which was replenished daily (multiple bottles) was great. We liked the products left on the bed for turndown, my daughter loved putting the facemask on. The room was fantastic, and housekeeping are doing a fabulous job. My daughter loved the mini dressing gown and slippers and from the amount of hotels we have stayed in this is a first! It is the comfiest bed ever with great quality (what felt like feather?) pillows.
Considering this is out of season, which means less people- the breakfast buffet was fresh and constantly being watched by the chefs, nothing looked like it had been sat for a while and the quality of the produce was excellent. The orange juice was delicious.
My daughter has serious allergies to milk and egg and I emailed the hotel to make them aware before our stay and everywhere we dined the staff seemed to already have known, which is again fantastic.
Kids park excellent and great facilities.
The staff are excellent here and always seemed genuinely happy to be working in such a hotel. Truly makes the difference staying somewhere where the employees are happy.
A few names to give extra credit to were Nina who served us for breakfast, ensuring my daughter had soya milk poured direct from the bottle to avoid cross contamination with the one on the buffet.
The waitress in the Cypriot restaurant with short hair (sorry didn't catch your name) again whom already knew about my daughter's allergies
Georgia on the door to lanes for breakfast always smiling.
The pool attendants making sure the indoor pool rules were adhered to and weren't scared to tell the odd child to keep the noise down. Alot of hotels seem to be scared of doing this so nice to see other guests are thought about here.
Overall we WILL be back.
(It was supposed to be a short review but there were so many good things I had to mention :D )

The hotel is pretty much the first (or last) hotel you come to in Limassol, it’s a long way from town. It’s position in a mainly residential area is a bit weird, but the hotel layout is weirder still.
The room, we had a Park suite, is amazing.. beautifully appointed and huge. Larger than some of the houses I’ve had. The hotel is clean and tidy (Mostly, I’ll come back to that). In general the food has been good, but pricey.
The Park Suites are situated to the front of the hotel, the beaches and restaurants are all on the other side, so there’s always a walk to get to the main building. Worse is the layout of the paths…. Meaning you can’t just walk straight there, but a long winding detour is required. A single path joining the furthest most point to the front car circle would make a hell of a difference. My advice, if you’re staying in a Park Suite, get the highest room number available. Ours was 600 an a pain in the bottom.
The bad bits however, and the stuff that would make it a proper luxury hotel, are the irritating little things, primarily room service/housekeeping.
Housekeeping is the most random, ineffective, annoying service I’ve ever come across…. Housekeeping, mini-bar service and the evening ‘turndown’ service arrive at random times, and definitely work on the ‘not my job mate’ ethos. Housekeeping will clean the room, then pile all of the dirty cups/plates and black bags of linen outside the room.. they won’t replace said cups etc (eg ‘nmjm’), so every day there’s a phone call to reception to have someone come and replace the cups.
Do what other, proper, luxury hotels do.. one housekeeping team, service the room, replace what needs replacing, move onto the next room, and take the trash/dirty linen black bags/dirty crockery with you! The tea tray of cakes provided on arrival sat outside one room for about 3 days.

First time to this region in Cyprus and I wanted to select a hotel central to areas I’d visit.
Front the time I drove up to the lobby, service was impeccable starting with the valet who unloaded my car and bags.
At the Reception area, Constantinos, went above and beyond checking me efficiently the walking me to my room (which was upgraded to a Lifestyle Suite). He showed me all the features—touchpad controls of lights and curtains and the Bose speakers. Then he went and personally hand delivered my luggage retrieved by the valet. Outstanding service!
There was a huge living room/ dining room with a minibar that was complimentary except for the hard alcohol.
The bedroom had a comfy king bed with a mirror desk with touchpad controls of lights and walk sockets configured to accept any outlet in the world. Next to the bedroom, there was an adjacent walk in closet space enough for a couple. This led to double sinks, a toilet and a 4 post tub with overhead mood led lighting that the colors could be changed to what you wanted, the shower was adjacent to this area with an overhead rain shower head and a stone sitting area enough space for 2.
The gym was massive with all new equipment and an adjacent room for yoga and boxing punching bag.
I had the daily buffet breakfast which had a dizzying array of options —personalized egg dish, breads. Room service was equally outstanding with a good selection and a reasonable price. There was also a sushi restaurant and an Italian as n restaurant which I didn’t have time to enjoy.
Valet parking was complimentary and it never took more than a few minutes to retrieve my car.
For families, there’s a kids club area complete with child water slides and water features and a family friendly pool.
The hotel is roughly 35 minutes from Larnaca airport / Nicosia and 45 minutes to Paphos where the archeological suite is well worth a visit. It’s also about 15 minutes to the Limassol marina where there are many outstanding restaurant options and shops.

I will start by saying, when mistakes happen during your guest experience, it’s not about what went wrong but how can it be fixed and rectified.
As a hospitality professional myself, working in hotels such as the prestigious Park Lane, I know exactly what to expect. Beginning with arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by Ramon, who was instantly welcoming and inviting. Offering to take our luggage to our rooms and offering us a welcome refreshment whilst waiting to check in. Gustavo at reception had a very welcoming and professional demeanor, little touches such as his body language ( handed back my card with it placed on his two hands in a graceful manner) his verbal language and explanations of the hotel were a sight to be appreciated. A generous upgrade due to celebrating a birthday, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a birthday cake sent to the room meant we are off to a 11/10 start.
Then Spyros guides us to our room explaining little details along the way and in even even further detail, explains all the functionalities of our beautiful sea view room. Very professional and commendable service. The room it’s self was just stunning. Spotless, beige but not dull color scheme and little touches such as an intergrated speaker system in the bathroom makes for a great and comfortable experience. The housekeeping team outdid themselves with how meticulously clean and organized the room was.
Off we go to the spa for a therapeutic treatment. Maria’s telephone and face-to-face etiquette is to be noted. We were looked after by Martha and Vien in the most relaxing and professional manner possible. Graceful greetings, soft tones of voice and considerate care during our massage made this a wonderfully serene experience. Especially when followed by a pot of chamomile tea in their recliner chair lounge. Though there was a slight mishap here with payment and pricing, front office manager Maria was so swift and professional in dealing with this mistake that it leads me to my opening statement. Not the mistake but how it’s fixed.

This is our second stay at Park Lane. We first came here with our 3 year old son last summer. The rooms are modern and truly luxurious. Large spaces, great bed, super modern finishes. It feels a true splurge to stay here. The restaurants of the hotel are EXCELLENT. You pay moderate to high prices but you get quality for your money. Needless to say, you pay alot of money in most hotels in cyprus claiming to be 5-star, but once you get there you usually discover old and small rooms, with outdated finishes and services. This year, once again our stay at the hotel was excellent. We felt pampered, we ate well, rested and enjoyed the hotel’s top grounds and facilities. Needless to say, at check out we reserved another 2 weekends to come back here this summer. Thank you Park Lane Limassol for delivering quality to your paying customers!!!!

We wanted to celebrate our daughter's birthday so we decided to book
a room at Parklane Limassol.
This was our first visit to this wonderful hotel!
Arriving at the hotel we where impressed by the huge spaces and mostly
by the friendliness of the staff.
We were upgraded to a sea view room and for a bigger surprise the hotel sent to
our room a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our daughter's birthday!
The room was enormous, the biggest we ever stayed in a hotel in Cyprus!
First of all it was very clean, with a large tv that offers for free movies on demand (some of the movies have a fee) and international tv channels. The bathroom was huge, there was a nespresso machine with free coffee pods, a water warmer with tea accessories, a fridge with daily free bottles of water and a big safe.
And then there was the view from the room!! Just beautiful!
Parklane Hotel Limassol is a resort so it offers a lot of activities and options to have either an active or relaxing day (big pools, a spa, a gym, sports, etc). Some of the activities where not offered during our stay because we were there a bit off season and some of the pools where under maintenance. It was cold outside during our stay so we used the indoor pool. Its a big pool but the only disappointing was that even though it supposed to be a heated pool it was not actually heated and the water was cold. We could only stay a few minutes in the water and then run into the sauna to get warm :-)
Breakfast was huge as well with large selection of both cold and hot dishes and excellent coffee.
Combining the friendliness of the staff, the top facilities and services and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel we had an amazing weekend at Parklane Hotel Limassol!
In a few words an Oasis!
Definitely we will return back preferably in the summer months, if the price is right.

I had a two night stay here and was very happy to get a chance to experience this hotel. For starters, the hotel takes very good care of their elite Bonvoy members. I'm a Titanium elite and was given a gorgeous Lifestyle suite. The room was huge, had incredible views of the resort and the sea and the finishings were really high end/luxurious. The breakfast was also great!
I am not sure if it's because it was off-season but the service was a bit hit and miss e.g. asked for ice one day which took ages for someone to sort out. Overall though, the staff were all lovely and very eager to help. My only disappointment was with the indoor "heated" pool which wasn't really heated and therefore, we couldn't really enjoy it. I'm sure though in the summer the (phenomenal) outdoor pool complex (!) is the way to go.
Overall, this is a really nice property that has undergone a fantastic renovation. I'm not sure I'd spend 85.000 points (Category 8) as room rates, even in the summer, are pretty reasonable

We arrived 06.09.2021 and were informed that the hotel main restaurant is not operating properly . The all day buffet dining is replaced by a-la card service which turned out to be in room dining menu which is the same for both lunch and dinner.
Other restaurants are not working every day. So having booked a villa for the family it turned out to be absolute dining nightmare with in room dining sandwich options everywhere. For a family with a small kid there are no food options.
Director of operations Louisa I. said that it is a decision of management to cut the food waste and cancel the buffet options, however on the website the booking for HB for ex is made for the buffet (what I actually booked for the family).
For any questions why you did not inform us so that we could cancel the booking and make for the more family oriented hotel she had nothing to say. And nothing to suggest. Moreover, for the weekend even breakfast buffet is closed and will work exclusively for some group.
When the group came and the party started it lasted for the whole night. The music was so loud that the walls of our villa were shaking. Any complains to the noise were ignored by the head of security Mr. Paraskevopoulos with the words “the party is organized” . We could not sleep, our small child did not sleep at all.
The holidays turn out to be a nightmare. Dear Marriott, I am your loyal bonvoy member, do you think this is ok?

We returned with great pleasure to this hotel, where we were warmly received by the reception staff, concierge and guest relations, professionally led by Mr. Radu. Here you have a rich breakfast and a special service. Also, if you decide to come you have very good services at the beach, swimming pools, restaurants and in all areas of the resort offered by a well trained and friendly staff. I noticed that there is a lot of emphasis on disinfection of common areas, which inspires safety during this period. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Word of mouth recommendations can be subjective but this time the recommendation for the Parklane Hotel in Limassol was perfect. George and his team were incredible hosts for a short but worthwhile stay and will be booking to return very soon.
The location is an easy 40 mins from the airport to the calm and beautiful coast town of Limassol. Set on its own resort, this stunning hotel boasts multiple pools (kids and adults) as well as its own private beach, sports facilities, idyllic spa and some incredible restaurants!
David (Chief Concierge) was on hand constantly to provide great advice and ensure all of our tours and reservations were arranged perfectly.
The two (of 5) restaurants we ate at (The Grill and Maithis) were some of the best meals we have had in a long time.
Having explored the island and spending some time in other popular areas, we were very happy we chose Limassol, especially the Parklane Resort & Spa.
Thank you George and team - we will be back!

Hello I’m not sure about the outside but you ve got an indoor one and the thermal spa you can book yourself in which is one of the best in the island. You won be disappointed.
Yes there is.
Yes they have evening entertainment for the kids and adults,
but maybe the resort is suitable for couples more than families,
