Truly a hidden gem. We were going to stay in HVAR but we are so lucky that we opted to stay just outside the town in a wonderful, quaint village called Milna. The hotel is extremely well kept - the rooms are modern, spacious and spotless. The staff - a family run hotel - are very friendly and attentive. There...

We stayed here for two nights at the end of June, and absolutely loved our stay. It may not be as luxurious as some 4* hotels, but it's a great family run hotel. We had a garden room, which I believe was much larger than the sea view rooms, with an extra bed for a 3rd person in it. The...

The room (garden view) was spacious and somewhat clean but a lot of missing elements to be considered a 4* hotel. Here are some examples: #1: No soap handler in the shower!! (So where do you put your soap, shampoo, ...) #2: Safe not working and placed on the floor level in the closet under a shelf. Not an easy...

We stayed here for 8 nights. We had a sea view room, the view was excellent. The negative point regarding the room was, it was very small. The breakfast at this hotel was very basic, the hot food was very disappointing e.g the eggs dried out from sitting there. The hot water for the tea/coffee was cold on two occasions...

We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Fortuna and it was perfect. June was ideal as the area was not crowded. We had a sea facing room with a little balcony and the view was fantastic. The rooms are up to date and the bathroom had very modern fixtures - great shower etc. They had their own restaurant which was...

The hotel was truly amazing and we were very well looked after by the family who own and run the Hotel, as nothing was ever too much to ask from them. Stay here if you're looking for a relaxing holiday in Milna, in the most perfect location. The restaurant is also reasonably priced and makes tasty food! We will definitely...

As a young couple we stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location right on the bay of Milna, a short drive to the main town of Hvar (which the hotel staff will transport you to for 50kuna, cheaper than taxis) Really modern hotel, spacious room, very clean, helpful friendly staff & a good variety of buffet breakfast (fried, scrambled, boiled...

We absolutely love this hotel! This is a family owned and run hotel that is perfection. I could not find any faults with this hotel and it is maintained to the highest standard. I am so impressed I told my partner that the owners of this hotel should have a school for other small hotel owners and teach them how...

Just packing my bags after a wonderful week on Hvar Island staying in Hotel Fortuna. The hotel is situated beside a little cove in the quiet village of Milna yet only minutes from bustling Hvar so you get the best of both worlds. Its a family run hotel and everybody is so helpful without at all being intrusive. For a...
