Capacity of AC installed in room is very low as there is very hot temperature in room. Either capacity or number of AC should be increased.
2) No soap stand was installed in bathroom.
3) Main door was not locking easily/ properly for which complaint was made. But not yet been resolved.
4) No swipe machine/ POS was there in receiption. They are insisting for making payment in cash or through QR Code Paytm.
5) Food quality needs to be improved. On 09th June 2022, half cooked chicken was provided for which complaint had been made to the restaurant incharge.
6) Behaviour of swimming pool staff was not appreciable. We are 03 members wearing own swimming costumes, were using swimming pool. The staff, without seeing us, asking for Rs.10000 as penality. He was threatening us and insisting to sell his costumes. When we explained him and shown him our costumes, he moved out. Overall experience was not so satisfactory.

We stayed at this beautiful resort from 15th till 17th May for 2 nights and amazed and really happy with the services. Right from our check in till check out, we have been treated with best of the services. Food is amazing, courteous staff and neat and clean beautiful surroundings. Will definitely plan and come again ..

I stayed in this resort for three nights.it’s a Btfl property with great view ,cleanliness good,most courteous staff( kuldip veena yamuna deepa baladutt rohit)all were alvys so helpful and caring.Receptionist pinky was a grt help
Most important is the FOOD it’s yummiest ever and alvys .chef mahesh is a fantastic cook .it’s value for money
Would love to go again as my pet was also allowed with us and he thoroughly enjoyed here.

The resort is situated at a very remote location and is not accessible by road. Staff is ignorant and mannerless. The hotel staff and specially the manager is money minded. Had a terrible experience. Our stay at the resort spoiled our complete trip. We kept calling the reception and room service but no one responded.

As per my opinion, this resort is awesome.. The view is wow.. If I talking about the resort's interior that is very nice n clean. All food is very testy..

Superb property with indoor games n park for kids. Loved the premium rooms. Very spacious with pool view rooms...they are clean n well maintained. Food is also very tasty. Staff was very helpful. Its a peacful location away from main centre.

Beautiful resort and the ambience was really great . Rooms were neet and clean and the pool view cottages is so beautiful. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Food was delicious. I highly recommend this for everyone. The rooms amenities is very good quality.

Very pathetic resort don't book this seriously , simply cheat with Guest we have booked 06 premium Cottage before 45 days , Premium Cottage and done the advance payment , they have allotted the rooms not cottages @ the time of check .This un-professional work is done by Mr. .Bhagchand Bairwa and Corbett Manral Resort .they told us we have extend the another booking in cottage and we will give you rest night by tomorrow , after a 8-10 hour journey guest is expected this how this resort is simply fooling the Guest
