The place is very good for family. We can playing ice sky together while winter and swimming at beautiful pool while summer is coming. We can rent the full gear here even for ice sky.
There are restaurant and cafe bar also apartment and resort.
We stayed at the resort and it was wonderful the only complaint is that the bath towels are the size of a hand towel. Had great restaurants within complex. Fantastic for young children, so many activities. Located on lake. A very pretty area.

Last year I went to Vivaldi twice in January and March, there was less snow in March compared to January, thanks

However, there are still other facilities you may try, such as in door and out door swimming pool and hot spring, indoor game machine, golf, bowling, cinema and delicious Korea food as well. There is a free bus from Soul Lottee Hotel departing at 0800 am sharp but it should be booked online first. Otherwise they would not let you in.

High chance that it may not be open. Most of the ski resorts in Korea open from endNov/earlyDec to around mid-endFeb. It gets a little too warm for the snow after that (even though most resorts use the snow machines to generate snow).
You may however want to check nearer the date to see if they might still be open.
For Vivaldi park, even if you don't ski, they have other activities available.
