Our room was located near the lake upstairs. Off season, so pretty quiet. Two queen beds which was very comfortable. A wood burning fireplace which was cool. The floor squeaked pretty bad when walking over it, but older so understandable. Appeared to be clean and it suited our needs to have a place to sleep for the night.

back to big bear frontier cabins for our 4th time. location is the same as homes costing millions, you can stay for 100 bucks, cabins are comfy and have all you need. they dont claim to be 5 star luxury condos, they are homley cabins and good value for money, only 5 min walk to the village bars shops good...

The staff we had encountered from booking to check in/out were absolutely wonderful. We had to push back our trip not once but 2 times. There was a huge storm during the time we booked in January and there was an advisory not to head to the area unless need be. We called Big Bear Frontier to reschedule and it...

Very old and needs updating, cigarette burns in the sofa and carpet, towel rail hanging off the wall and what looked like a mouse trap under the sink Our lodge was right on the main road so very noisy and would be unsafe if you have small children

We choose this hotel because of the convenient walking distance to "the village" & they are pet friendly ($15/nt fee) We only stayed for one night, in the hotel room. The room was cozy & cute, but dusty & dated. I reserved a two-queen bed room, but they looked like two full size beds. There was one, very small nightstand...

Pros: very clean, very nice staff, free coffee in office, free movies to borrow, good location, good price, pets allowed for small $15 fee, nice TVs, fireplaces, beds pretty comfortable for the price, no extra 'cleaning fee' Cons: the shower had a HUGE crack/tear in the floor of it, 4 of us had to take showers - we took quick...

I loved staying at Big Bear Frontier! This resort overlooks Big Bear Lake and is only 2.3 miles from Snow Summit. The property offers hotel rooms and cabins. We stayed in a rustic studio cabin. It was very cute, with wood décor. It came equipped with free Wi-Fi, TVs and DVD players, and a kitchen with a sink, burner, microwave,...

We have been staying here for almost 10 years. Over the years things have degraded significantly. Each year we book ahead and select the cabin. Last year, after we arrived we were told that our reserved cabin was given to someone else. This was a big deal to us as each cabin's features and location are unique. The manager (Ryan)...

This was a nice little cabin, we were very happy with our stay. The staff was nice, and the available burning logs to purchase were nice. It was snowing and the kids enjoyed waking up to the snow. They kept the streets plowed which was a win win

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive, ALL for nothing it turns out. This place was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we left. The staff really took care of every request and did it with a smile. Thank you for making our family reunion a blast! This place is excellently located near the...
