Pros: very clean, very nice staff, free coffee in office, free movies to borrow, good location, good price, pets allowed for small $15 fee, nice TVs, fireplaces, beds pretty comfortable for the price, no extra 'cleaning fee' Cons: the shower had a HUGE crack/tear in the floor of it, 4 of us had to take showers - we took quick...

I loved staying at Big Bear Frontier! This resort overlooks Big Bear Lake and is only 2.3 miles from Snow Summit. The property offers hotel rooms and cabins. We stayed in a rustic studio cabin. It was very cute, with wood décor. It came equipped with free Wi-Fi, TVs and DVD players, and a kitchen with a sink, burner, microwave,...

We have been staying here for almost 10 years. Over the years things have degraded significantly. Each year we book ahead and select the cabin. Last year, after we arrived we were told that our reserved cabin was given to someone else. This was a big deal to us as each cabin's features and location are unique. The manager (Ryan)...

This was a nice little cabin, we were very happy with our stay. The staff was nice, and the available burning logs to purchase were nice. It was snowing and the kids enjoyed waking up to the snow. They kept the streets plowed which was a win win

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive, ALL for nothing it turns out. This place was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we left. The staff really took care of every request and did it with a smile. Thank you for making our family reunion a blast! This place is excellently located near the...

WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT STAY HERE. FRAUDULENT CHARGES. HORRIBLE MANAGER. I stayed here for one night, and booked through hotels.com. Upon checking in they asked for my card in case anything needed to be charged to my room. The next day I stayed in the room while my husband went to the mountain. At 12pm a man came to...

We recently stayed in one of the cabins. The cabin must be very poorly insulated because the floors were ice cold. The bathrooms was very cold as well. We could not force ourselves to shower in such a cold bathroom. The blankets are thin and had a couple of holes. The front desk was nice though and the cabin was...

Highly recommended the hotel and it is just amazing. We went there in Sep and the weather was perfect for sightseeing. Location is good and only 5 mins drive from the Main Street. Hotel room got heather and everything were great. Recommended for those who are traveling with family and definitely stay in there.

Nice little cabin! Cabin was clean and staff was very hospitable! Short walk to big bear village and only a hop skip and jump to the lake! Would definitely stay again during any season! Just a few miles from snow summit!

I told them that I need quite room because of kids but first they gave me room which was not cleaned from previous guest, then, they change the room but gave the on right on the noisy street. I asked late check out for at least 1 hour but was rejected, although, booking.com was guaranteed late check out. Completely overpriced...
