4th time i've stayed at robin hood resort in past 4 year. I always get the cheap rooms, but i am there to ski so its ok. i always clean and friendly staff. close to both ski areas and right next to the old town and theater.

I love the location of the place! Its inside the village which has all the cute artsy stuff and restaurants. I like the look and feel of the cabins. Rooms are clean. It so relaxing how I wish we could stay longer. Budget friendly as well! Would come back again.

Clean and central to the Village. Fun to walk everywhere. A bit run down, but thankful for a room in the middle of ski season on Presidents Day weekend that wasn't overpriced or required a 3 night stay.

I think I heard the rooms were remodeled recently. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only criticism I can make, is if you go in the summer months, it can get warm. The rooms aren't air conditioned! They will give you a fan, if you request it. Because BigBear is really a winter resort for skiing,...

We stayed just one night, after attending a concert at The Cave. The check-in was quick and easy, hotel is located on the corner of the main road and the street into the village. They have done a lot of work to update the exterior, it looks great. Parking was easy. The hotel is pretty old, I stayed here about...

I was skeptical about staying here although we paid a little extra and stayed in a deluxe spa room which was newer and very nice. I would now definitely recommend this place since I now know what other places look like in Big Bear plus this is in a great location and has a restaurant.

Quaint little resort nestled in Big Bear Lake. Loved the fireplace in the room. The location was everything...walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check-in lobby has lots of "do not touch" signs (fireplace, piano), which wasn't the best initial impression. But overall cute and definitely worth checking out!

Nice and cozy hotel. Very close to the stores and restaurants in the village. Recommended to stay if you're looking for a comfortable and simple place. The hotel provides refrigerator and microwave, so you can keep some food in the room. A coffee machine was a little bit dirty, but it's not a big deal. Also, the Resort is 5...

It's a place to rest! Quiet, comfort and with a great price. It serves better than what you pay for! Great accommodation, good shower, clean and smell very well. Parking was being cleaned when we arrived and all looks great!

Robinhood is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable rooms, great customer service, and within walking distance to all the restaurants in the Village. PLUS a very quick drive to the mountain for some excellent skiing & riding. I will definitely stay at Robinhood again!
