Good check in ( if not pushed in by rude guests) they have a bell hop to take care of your luggage (if not pushed away by the rude guests) this is a theme...beautiful room, spotless, large, welcome wine and fruit, stocked mini bar, clean and fresh corridor cannot fault the cleaning team. We only had one breakfast so cannot comment. Lunch ..fish ,chicken,vegetarians, gluten free etc always freshly cooked stations and.. chips ..but the choices of salads and fresh vegetables brilliant,deserts totally amazing choice every night, always a table!! Even around the bar which our last night was what we did ,conference people overwhelmed the dining room. But food was hot and good ( rude guests...constantly walking around eating off the plates dropping food on the floor) was assured by the manager this was getting addressed. Selection of drinks is amazing, only ran out of brandy twice in the week and beer once, manager assured this was getting addressed, entertainment was Very Very loud in a small area the manager said this was going to be addressed...sure enough the quietest acoustic singer asked if he was too loud next day, the screaming singer however didn't. We sat in reception and still heard her.one off we were assured. Customerrelationsgirls brilliant, thanks.al a carte Italian is excellent, shops and grounds great, beach is fantastic.winter concept needs a tweek but what a fantastic place for a lovely holiday. Since the first minute I started my holiday in this hotel I felt the magnificent hospitality and wonderful services. The way the staff in this hotel are working is so professional starting with the warm welcoming and great help from the Reception and Guest Relations at the Lobby to the Entertainment team and Restaurants Staff. Wherever you go in this hotel you will enjoy your stay and the great hospitality with amazing service is overwhelming and superb. The room is very good with great view to the sea. The housekeeping team is so friendly and doing great job. The food is so amazing and tasty (Breakfast was great with lots of options, Lunch was close to the pool with nice varieties, Dinner was magnificent with amazing different themes you can find and awesome BBQ in lunch and dinner with different kinds of sweets). In addition when you walk in the paths near the pool you will find different restaurants Ala Cart and others preparing different food such as Simit Saray and hot dogs. The entertainment team are so friendly and wonderful, they work hard to give lovely shows and programs without forgetting the water sports and games in and around the pool like water polo and darts. I want to give a special thanks to the following names that made my stay unforgettable: - To Ms Nurbuke from Guest Relations: Thank you for your help and wonderful service you are truely professional and made my stay splendid. Not also forgetting the Reception team did great job thank you. - To Mr Hunkar Aslan.. Food and beverage manager and also Elif, Fatima and Gamze: Your amazing hospitality and services at the restaurants in the hotel is the best with lovely dinner will never forget was Royal Touch with music and Opera. This was our first trip to Turkey and this Hotel has made me want to go back again, from start to finish the staff, food and hotel was well beyond what I expected and anticipated. 1. The maid/housekeeping were amazing and the mini bar was stocked up everyday., our maid also made nice things out of towels and the spare duvet, and also we had additional treats left some days and kept you guessing what next. 2. Food, well if you go hungry here then there is something wrong with you, on our 10 day stay we had a wide variety of food choices everyday and the staff are so attentive bringing you drinks and if you sit in the same area regularly then they know what you want before you ask, now that is service. 3, vista and Havana bar, are great places to drink the Havana bar is quiet and a great place to watch the shows from above, a big shoutout to the BARMAN he was amazing and always got my Long GINS WAITING FOR ME AND A MAITAI for my wife, such a gentleman and always happy polite and glad to see you. The Vista bar is a little more lively and the drinks flow fast, again good service, I just found the Havana bar a bit more intimate. 4 The beach was really nice and for the time of year I still came away with a good tan, it was funny how the locals wear coats and we are in shorts and at shirt, they must think we are barmy lol. You do get the odd person who you can see walking across the beach trying to sell perfume to you but as their is security guards on the beach they are not around long and my recommendation said to me was not to buy it. 5. By far one of the best places was the leather bag man in the lobby but a little towards the back, he was honest and always gave a great deal on the designer, ( not real designer) bags, the majority are real leather and you do pay more for them but he like you to haggle and in his words give you a good price. He is far cheaper than the shopping centre opposite and the markets sell plasticky feeling ones but you get what you pay for. 6. The lobby coffee car is amazing and to sit in or outside and order a coffee that comes with a small glass of water and a biscuit is great, all the staff are happy to help you and will bring your drink to you. 7. Opposite the coffee bar is a delicatessen with lovely cakes, cobs and ice cream, they also have lovely chocolate covered peanuts that are amazing. 8 . The entertainment was out of this world and could not fault any of it especially the famous TURKISH singer on New Year’s Eve. 9 I can not fault the hotel or jet2 at all and want to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for making our first trip since Covid in 3 years such a wonderful experience. The place is great, the costumer service is so good they take good care of their customers. The food is well cooked and tastes very nice every about this place is just amazing! Having been to over 10 resorts in recent years in the area, all with "Ultra All Inclusive" concepts, I can say by far the Concorde beats them all. The rooms and the facilities are well maintained and overall great. The winter concept is fantastic, with even an outdoor pool which is heated, with open bars in January at the beach and at the pool, serving the full variety of drinks, cocktails and snacks, which is incredibly rare to find in the area. The entertainment is perfect, not in any way intruding and the evening karaoke was loads of fun. The food is great, with quality finally being put over quantity. Plenty of choices for all diets. Fresh meat, fish present at each course. And a real sushi place open for lunch each day included in the concept winter. And the sushi was incredible. Special thanks to the lady preparing it on 7th Jan. The staff are fantastic, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and cater to you. Guest Relations team is extremely friendly and happy to receive and act on feedback. Now, the biggest "Wow" factor in this hotel for me was that the team has decided to forgo typical cost-cutting measures in terms of drinks. The concept includes a truly impressive beverage list, including 12 year old Whiskeys, all liqueurs (original brands) and some beverages which are not even widely known or used in the Turkish market. The hotel did a great job. They renewed and did it great. * Food: a lot of choice, also in winter time. The a la Cartes were our favorite. A lot of choice. They do so much extra efforts to arrange that everytink is ok. * Drinks: what a wide gamma with choices. Almost al international drinks are included and available. The wine is also from good quality (only the sparkling wine is terrible, There is only 1 good in Turkey and that's Inci Damlasi or Altin Köpük) * Rooms: all perfect, a lot of thinks in the room, cleanness perfect * Spa centre: that's the only think that they have to change. The sauna is to small and the area is to old. * Service: perfect, on every place. Thanks a lot to everybody. We were there 12 years ago for 12 times and it was let getting home again.

3.times in concorde always getting better everytime.Around to pool bar quick service and different kind of beers and nice cocktails,we were lucky we came here for 1 week and such a beautiful weather like a summer .The tourists are very nice here we felt like a at home everybody is so friendly.Its winter time but here they have hitting pool outside and also sp a pool is was warm .we liked turkish foods as well kebab and Turkish baklava was amazing tatsy. In this holiday we been in Italian alacarte omgg it's just wow greatttt foods definitely we will come back and darts was our favourite activity. 😍
