I am just finishing my 9 day stay at the Delphin Imperial on Lara Beach. Firstly, the hotel’s Art Deco styling is amazing! The chandelier is fantastic! The rooms are spacious, very clean and the free mini bar stocked daily. ALL the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, they really can’t do enough for you. Meals… there is a large selection of meals in the main restaurant, I only went in there for breakfast but the choice was extensive. I ate in the A La Carte restaurants every evening. The Sommelier ercan akay looked after us superbly as did all the other waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The pools and grounds are well looked after by the attendants and drinks provided by friendly waiters on roller skates. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel.

We have been in Antalya for several times and in different hotels but l can confess that Imperial is one of the best among all of them. Almost all of the staff are great. I would like to thanks once again here to Miss ANAHITA for being such a wonderful person. She helped us a lot and doing our Ala carte reservations during our stay. Very good hotel and staff in all areas very short transfer from the airport quick check in lovely big room with nice is balcony lovely big shower free mini bar refilled daily and free safe plenty of lifts to get up and down fantastic lobby area with lobby bar and patisserie with coffee shop and chocolate bar very good choice of premium drinks a very large dining area with an amazing choice of food nice bar down in the basement area and loads of al a carte restaurant with easy booking also a nice big indoor heated pool the outside area is very nice with loads of pools eateries and bars and a lovely beach area with beach bar and restaurant and staff serving you at your sun lounger even in January first class staff throughout the hotel thank you very much and hope to return again

Would highly recommend the Delpin imperial hotel. From the beauitful decor through out the hotel to all the amazing places to eat and relax . Perfect service, we had enjoyable holiday in Imperial. Friendly guest relations always ready to help and answer our questions specially Miss Samira & Anahita. But usually the population density in the hotel is high, especially when using the swimming pool. Some gym equipment is incomplete or broken. We are happy to choose here.

Delphin Imperial Hotel is a great place to holiday. The hotel itself is vast and the facilities are top-notch. There is plenty to do within the hotel and excellent food and drink options. The staff of the hotel are amazing and excel the guest experience. Good hotel! My family, and i stayed here for two weeks from the 23rd of December to the 6th of January. We were in room 3047, near the lift. The view from the balcony faced towards the front of the hotel. The view wasn’t bad but it was noisy at night sometimes. After we had settled in, we made our way down to the bar in the lobby where our friend had been waiting for us, who arrived the day before. At the bar, we were greeted by the “Bar Captain” - Ömer S. he was one of the best of memories we had ever come across at any hotel we have stayed at. If he asked you what you would like to drink, he would always go to the extra mile and make it a little bit fancier, putting a bit of fruit or a fancy straw in it. Also, at the lobby bar was Abdullah D didn’t know much English, but he would always try and make an effort to learn. He is very commendable and he was a very hard worker. If anyone should get a promotion, it should be him! The cleaning of our room across the two weeks we were there was done by Emine Celik, a housekeeper who is worth her weight in gold! She always kept out in pristine. She always had a smile on her face and was very cheery. The hotel grounds are great. The food at the patisserie was tasty, and I can see in the same for the food at the chocolate café. Although the food and the restaurants were sometimes lukewarm rather than hot, which could’ve been better. Another thing that lets this hotel down is the guest relations team. They are hard to communicate with and just seem like they really didn’t want to be there.my friend was trying to find out when she was getting picked up from the hotel to go home and guest relations just kept telling her to go and check the board when there was nothing there. She felt as if she was being palmed off. For such a great hotel, I have no idea why the guest relations services are so poor. My friend qnd i are both returning alone in February, so will see what it's like then. The rest of the staff at the reception, bars and restaurants were really friendly and helpful. …

From the moment of arrival to the very last second The Delphin Imperial provided the highest level of customer care. There was nothing that was too much trouble though to be honest, I did not find anything that could be improved upon. The weather was really kind to us and whilst relaxing around any one of the many beautiful pools the staff were there to make sure everything was ok, did we want a drink, was there anything we needed etc etc. I cannot truly put into words how special all guests were looked after and I would be extremely surprised if anyone had a negative thing to say. The food choice was excellent both in the restaurants and outside cabins…toastiest, kebabs, pizzas & much more. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable and the mini bar kept well stocked! I could go in and on but will end with this… visit this hotel and you are guaranteed amazing memories that will last a lifetime along with the urge to return. …
