Please don't come at this place ,our AC is not working ,all lights are off out side the room ,all staff also go some where,our fan's plug don't work so now till this time no help from them provided after we call them frequently ,so we 3 families are very upset and we suggest don't come here .
It's was the great stay with sultan e jawai a ananta inn there was superb hospitality by the team and special warm by manager Rajendra awasom Thanks to all for there welcome i will say to all guest for welcome
Gagab maja aa gaya sultan hotel anata inn mei staff is good and maja aaya manager ke sath very supporting for all thing it's was the gazab experience with staff and safari on jungle and dame safari I will say for all my friends circle for come there
Good place.. Staff is good and friendly.. Gets quiet cold at night if you are here in Nov/ Dec. Go for all meal deals which will work out the best as compared to other deals.. The network is very poor here.. Only Jio works well as of now.. There is no wifi in rooms so double check with the hotel before u come here...
They(Ananta Group hotels) are playing with our vacation days. First they took the booking on their website and then at the day of check inn, they cancelled our booking around 11:00 am. We booked 4 rooms with 8 adults & 4 child’s. We reached the property and then no room were available as per the booking.We booked via Ananta group’s direct website and not via any third party website .Also for booking our credit cards was debited. Initially Mr. Sahil Bhargav ( Sr cluster Sales Manager) agreed to compensate but as we gave our genuine reviews on trip advisor, this is what Mr. Sahil Bhargav replied: “Dear Ms. Patel Got your feedback on Trip Advisor, we wont be able to compensate anything on your below queries now other than your refund which is already processed.” This kind of reply is totally rude as not as per the Ananta Group’s standards. I would kindly like to draw the attention, never proceed for any online bookings with this property. As even though mistake happens on their end; it is the end user ( we) who suffers and pays. Do not book online via the website… it’s a big gamble to ruin your vacation……
Never ever travel to this place . We booked on their website and even our booking amount was deducted. But when we travel to this place with family we were told that your booking is cancelled. So if you want to spoil your vacation with your family than go there. They don’t have reception neither there is proper restaurant. They are totally non professional and unethical people
Very unprofessional company and property. Canceled our booking before an hour of checkin. We were in jungle without any other alternative and had to sleep in car with family. No responsible person to look into your matter, no customer care whatsoever. Don’t recommend to anyone.
Please don't book this hotel. Totally unprofessional. We booked five rooms for Diwali trip and they cancelled the booking on the day when we were about to reach the hotel. They didn't arrange anything else for us. However the tent and the property at large is basic and not worth paying 1500 per day. Do t go by the pictures of this property. We have seen it and experienced lousy third grade quality from this place. In short do camp fire with your money but just don't visit.
Very very bad experience. We booked online from their website from 5th November- 3 nights for 4 rooms with booking confirmation id: VQIJ2k. We got confirmation email and my credit card was debited as well. When we reached the hotel, the hotel staff informed that no rooms were booked under my name. No manager was present at hotel. When contacted Mr. Sahil Bhargav of Ananta Hotel group, he informed that it was some error in hotel server so they can’t get the booking. Never trust Ananta hotel group in future. Spoiled our Diwali vacation. We spent our valuable time to reach hotel and no proper response was provided.
