The hotel is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea. Good beds and, when I was there, very quiet---mainly occupied by Chinese people with buses. They come in the evening and leave at around 9.30. The breakfast is therefore quite Asian. Minimal contact with the sea--clean pool and mini sauna and mini steam. There is a box filled with used towels by the pool and the pool shower is turned off. Not a single new towel was left. I informed reception. No improvement for two days, even though a number of Chinese people were using the pool. I find that extremely negative and does not reflect well on the hotel staff. Otherwise, I spent two relaxing days there. But I would not recommend the food!!

Beautiful room, delicious food.
It's right next to crystal-clear waters, a lovely swimming pool, nice butlers, gorgeous smiles.
The ambience is perfect for a family getaway, with an artificial sand pool and a kids club for kids too.I’ll definitely be back.Impressions.

Locating the resort was quite a challenge for our can driver as it was outside Jomtien despite what it says in the address. We were finally able to see the signs in the inner roads.
Checking in was quick and the manager offered us free room upgrades for the 2 rooms we booked. We stayed in building 1 at the 6th floor. The first room given to us 1615 was so stinky that it gave my family members headache. When I complained at the reception, they were able to transfer the us to another room which was fine.
Food choices in the hotel is quite limited and as expected a bit pricey. We explored the nearby fisherman restaurant and were able to enjoy authentic Thai food at an affordable price. Breakfast in the hotel was so-so as the food choices are very limited too.
Checking out was were we had a terrible service experience. We requested for a taxi an hour before departure but we were given a private car with no markings nor driver ID. I explicitly asked reception that I need to pickup another luggage I left in the airport hotel. Looks like that wasn't communicated well as the driver asked for more and more money despite showing how close it is at BKK. The reception staff started calling for legal taxi companies. I told them that putting clients in illegal non-marked cab reflects their hotel.
Come to this hotel if you want to relax and feel the sea breeze. The language barrier and the terrible service will make us think again from coming back.
