I really enjoyed my stay at Bayphere. This is a fantastic hotel, located on Na Jomtien Beach which is the most peaceful beach in Pattaya. Although the hotel is just a 15 minute drive from the centre of the Pattaya, it feels more like a Thai island because of how laid back the location is.
The hotel is perfect for trips from Bangkok. The hotel is right by the highway intersection for highway 7 so you can drive the whole way to the hotel by highway from Bangkok. It took me just over 2 hours to travel here from central Bangkok.
The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand. The hotel has a happy hour cocktail promotion at sunset for 250 baht and I loved to swim in the pool whilst drinking cocktails.
I strongly suggest paying extra for an executive room. These rooms have a gorgeous sea view as well as baths on the balcony. Inside, the room has state of the art amenities and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed relaxing on my bed whilst watching the sea.
The hotel has a wonderful restaurant called Lunar which has amazing views of the sea and is available for breakfast for guests staying in an executive room. The breakfast here was à la carte and included a wide variety of tasty dishes. Lunar is also open for dinner in the evenings and features a menu of exquisite Italian food.
Above Lunar is a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the beach and the neighbouring skyline. Also you can go to the beach where the are a wide variety of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.
Finally, I want to commend all the staff at this hotel who not only provided excellent service but also made me feel like I was staying at a second home, not a hotel.
I’m looking forward to returning to Bayphere again soon.

I selected executive double room with balcony and ocean view. I did not expect much but what I experience was below standard. The towels in the room were not clean (you can see the dirty marks) and one of them has a hole. 😵💫😵 The bathroom is quite small and the water can leak out when you take a shower. 😥 My room is on 7th floor and you can hear people swimming and water pumping machine’s sound since there is a pool on 8th floor. 😞
I had dinner at Lunar, the Italian restaurant. The foods were ok and all staffs were nice. You can expect a peace evening as the restaurant was not crowded.
I had breakfast at the same place. It was a la carte buffet where you can order everything on the menu. Fruits, cheese, cold cut, bread, yogurt, juice were provided on a buffet line. The foods were ok but not so tasty 😅

This hotel had great reviews and is marketed as a five star hotel. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs at this hotel. On our arrival date we saw mattresses carried out in the hall while rooms were being cleaned. We did not think much of it until two days later when red bites appeared on our legs. From previous travel experiences and hospital visits, we knew immediately what was up. Reception was apologetic but did not admit the issue or give any compensation, we only received a new room (one of the rooms we had seen on the first day be cleaned and mattress carried out). We stayed on the sixth floor and once accidentally went to the fifth, where we saw all the mattresses had been carried out of rooms. Seemed like the hotel might have had a large scale bedbug problem. Because of this hotel, our holiday was not as pleasant as we had hoped. On the surface level, I would give this hotel a generous 3,5 stars but I have to lower it to 1,5 because of mentioned issues. Also, the water temperature in the shower changed from freezing cold to boiling hot on its own every 30seconds. The seams on the shower floor were also faulty, and some water came onto the bedroom floor because of this. Furniture had some stains on them but overall the room was nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast was not included in the price and cost 400baht/person which was a little steep considering the selection. Overall, nice hotel but the bedbugs are not a surprise I would wish on anyone.

Hotel only recently opened and can tell they are still working some things out. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The bridge/walkway to the beach is amazing, it crosses a small canal with has mangrove and lots of wild life. The sea lizards were amazing to watch swimming up and down. Roof top has a pool, 4-5 jacquizi and some of the best sunset views I have seen. There is a bar/restauarant on the top floor which is great in the late afternoon for a drink and evening food was also very good. The 2 girls that was serving use there was spot on and provided great customer service (we were certainly very happy). The main restaurant down stairs has a decent Thai and western menu, food is tasty, however breakfast still needs some improvement.

The room was much smaller than what we expected. The staff thought we booked a room with a double bed when in fact we made it clear in writing that we wanted a room with twin beds. We showed the evidence to them and they managed to find a room with twin beds for us but we didn't get a room with a nice view as promised on the phone. The bathroom door handle was broken. We think the room might not be worth the price as we stayed somewhere else nearby with bigger rooms and nicer views before. Apart from this, the staff were friendly and the breakfast service was good.

Have the opportunity to use the service of dinner & rooms for the very important annual business dinner of the company for customer in September. The dinner venue was professional setup to be in accordance with the specified requirements. The buffet lines were so impressive with great variety of international food and dessert.
