Disappointed with the rigid restaurant manager. We stayed two nights. The first day we were served coffee by the pool without any issues as the restaurant manager wasn’t there. The following day we asked for the same and restaurant manager said it’s not allowed to have coffee by the pool. A clear example of how a manager can spoil the customer experience by being so rigid and not comply with a simple request. No consistency in policy. Up to now we had a decent experience and I wanted to leave a pleasant review. This experience changed my view on thee hotel.

Beautiful location Wonderful staff and you could easily loose yourself in a good way around the grounds.Big Thank you to Kunjib for looking after me and Jeet the manager Top Man . It has been really wonderful time on our family trip at Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas. We and the kids spent 3 nights stay at the Garden Villas (2 Bedrooms), just a 1 minute walk to the beach front. Such a relaxing and extremely beautiful private beach resort. The infinity pools were a great place to cool off and hang out. The staff was super friendly and the management were so kind and warm. We had an exquisite afternoon tea beside the beach that showed off Thai Hospitality to perfection. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Pattaya area

The hotel has beautiful surroundings with its own beach front and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff are friendly and the service has deprecated over time. This is the second visit to the resort and its showing its age. As we entered our room I noticed it to smell old and the curtains had mildew on the back side. See images. This is due to moisture in the room with no ventilation during when the air conditioner is operating. It could also do with a freshen up of paint duirng the pandemic before tourism comes again. The bed was medium soft to hard and the pillows were too hard and too high. Sore neck in the morning. The restaurant serves food and drink but it is very slow. Over 35 minute wait for spaghetti because the cook said the spaghetti wasn't precooked and took longer. So does rhat mean I am paying almost 400 baht for a normally precooked meal? I may as well go to 7/11. At least was freshly cooked and the wait time was satisfactory. Nothing special about the spaghetti really. A little bland. As for the breakfast, well upon entering they said it was a buffet but it appears otherwise that everything is behind plastic perspex and assistants serving. I dont think I would call this a buffet but rather a le carte. I felt uncomfortable ordering food not knowing what I wanted. So I did not eat. I will not be coming here again and it has ruined my expectations after visiting the first time when it was awesome. I advise the manager to sleep and experience Kept at Bangsaray. The bed there is amazing with good pillows, excellent service and better breakfast experience. I feel very disappointed with what I thought was going to be a good experience. Also, it says on Agoda that the hotel is SHA plus, neither I or many other guests were asked for Covid-19 checks or certification of vaccination whereas Kept at Bangsaray required it. How does Sea Sand Sun get SHA plus if they do not check customers? …

My wife and I recently got married at the Sea Sand Sun resort and really can't fault it at all. Everything from the venue, the staff, the food and the day in general went seamlessly and I would like to especially thank David the wedding planner for all his help. It was actually our 3rd visit to the the resort, the previous two while we were looking for venues / planning our wedding. The resort itself is simply stunning, it really does feel like being in a tropical paradise. The rooms are huge and beautifully presented. The pool area is really nice and relaxing and the quiet private beach is also available for those wanting to sunbath on the beach. The food from the restaurant is excellent and mixes both western and Thai. Overall it's a really relaxing venue for those wanting to relax and do nothing. The location is very isolated with nothing around (not even a convenience store) - so wouldn't be suitable for those looking for nightlife as you are really limited to the hotel restaurant only (unless you get a taxi) - I think for a few nights to relax it is a perfect venue but for me personally i would be looking for more things to be able to do if i was looking to stay longer…

This is by far the most beautiful hotel near pattaya. Friendly employees and very very good service. Big breakfast and excellent sea view restaurant. The rooms are in separated villas and are quite big. You only need one or two minutes to the private beach. You have to walk through the resort jungle which is very nice. There is also a driving service inside the resort area. And there are 3 shuttles to pattaya and back every day.

We came to this resort with our young son who is under 2 years. When you arrive you are greeted with sunny & warm staff and an amazing lobby overlooking the property and it’s tropical gardens. Our private villa had it’s own splash pool surrounded by lush gardens, sun loungers and a sheltered deck we used every evening to relax and enjoy a cocktail. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. There is a private outdoor shower and Lavazza espresso machine to make it a little more special. The breakfast is delicious, a global variety of things to keep anyone happy. The beach was clean, white sand - and the lush tropical gardens are so interesting. Over our stay we came to know the staff very well who made the stay very memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort to Our friends. And hopefully we’ll be back next year! Thank you…
