You can't beat the location for your ski trip! You are only 20 yards from the slopes at Lift 1. However who owns the unit I stay in needs to freshen things up! It looks as if they don't care how the unit looks? They just want to keep it rented. Some lights don't have light bulbs in them; titles...

Stayed in unit 40 C during our family ski vacation. This old unit has a terrible interior design with a queen bed tucked in a corner, and a miniscule loft with two beds. One of them tucked under a tiny dormer! Only a baby can fit in such tiny space! We had to move the mattress and place it in...

We didn't realize when we booked at Blue Mesa Lodge 40C there isn't a hot tub on property. Otherwise not a bad property. One of the loft twin beds is very tight with the sky light but manageable. Could sleep more if it had a pullout sofa. Very convenient location!

I enjoyed staying in Blue Mesa. We stayed in a beautiful accomodation overlooking the village and mountains. 40 C was bright and cheery. Having a microwave gives you an opportunity to heat food from the near Market available, if need be. It has a small semi-kitchen with only microwave, but the dining out is great in the village and Telluride!...

The room was not as advertised. There is no on site staff so my experience reminded me of more of an airbnb experience rather than a hotel and should not advertised as such.. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It is a condo that is rented out by the night. HUM where should this be listed. AIRBNB! Also should not be...

It felt like coming home after a 4 year absence. How wonderful to find all the same things and extra's that were here 4 yrs ago with and play find the new things. The place has added a new sofa to replace the old... which honestly the old one was a bit more comfy, but still most nearly everything including...

We really loved this location because we were able to see the free concert at Sunset Plaza from our balconies. This condo is an older one but it has been taken care of and is perfect for the price. We really could have used some air conditioning, but once the sun started to go down and the cool mountain came...

We stayed in unit 20B in September 2012. Pros: Unit is in a nice location, close to free gondola into town. We enjoyed the mountain village and took the gondola up at sunset and again in the morning. Very scenic. The bed was comfortable and nice. Cons. The parking situation is a pain. The restuarant below us (Pizza shop, I...

I had reserved Unit 40C (wanted a top floor because one of our pet peeves is hearing stomping people above us). I could find absolutely no lodging in Telluride itself so was forced to take this one in the town of Mountain Village. I had researched it ahead of time so I knew that I'd have to pay $25 for...

Unit 41C. Suppose you could say this is the best bargain in the village for the money especially with the upstairs balcony but just understand what you are really getting. Our unit was rather tired looking and some things we're in disrepair. Lastly, the parking situation is a scam. No one tells you the parking will be 25.00 per nite...
