Lobby staff, bell staff and ski valet staff were all excellent. Ryan in the Spa was/is "best in class". Room service staff left a little to be disired (barged in un-announced, did not clean the coffee machine and did not replenish hair products in shower. However, the overall experience was very good.

The absolute best place to stay when you visit Mountain Village or Telluride. Immediate proximity to skiing, restaurants, and an easy gondola ride into the town of Telluride. The staff is amazingly accommodating and will assist with anything that you need.

The hotel is a little pricey, but I like the convenience of being right next to the lifts, the selection of restaurants, and the cozy rooms after a long day of snowboarding is worth it. Just one little annoyance... As they are a "5 Star" hotel, there are no ice machines on the floors, you have to call room service...

Great hotel but can be a bit overwhelmed The Madeleine is hard to beat for a ski vacation given proximity to everything and quality of accommodations. Perhaps the most underrated feature of the hotel are the ski guides, or ambassadors as they are called. They are a free service provided by the hotel, and I am surprised more people don't...

What a lovely hotel. Stayed when not too crowded. Did not experience any loud noise! Impressive bathroom, similar to what one can find in a nice home. Convenient to ski school. Was grateful for the ski concierge one day. Close to the skating rink. Oxygen available if needed for a surcharge! However, the sweetest touch were the welcome cookies during...

Love the hotel and the staff. Bell staff that provided great ski terrain advice AND valets that knew the back story on the art in the lobby? C'mon! Great room, amenities, service and a very good on site restaurant coupled with a location that can't be beat. They even delivered great snow on a small powder day for us

Loved the hotel, location and staff. The hotel is located right on the main square with a very short walk to ski school, the main ski lift and the shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are quiet at night time and we had a view looking straight at the ski slopes. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern...

We enjoyed our stay at the Madeline for the 4th time in 3 years. The accommodations and service are superb! By mentioning a birthday we were celebrating...a bottle of bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries awaited us on arrival. I recommend joining the hotel club to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Otherwise it is cost prohibitive at $25 per person and an...

The hotel's location was fabulous and the room was gorgeous! The ski valet is definitely a winner as well! For the price I expected a few small amenities such as coffee in the lobby and water 24 hours in the lobby as well. The cleaning services did not refill our waters in the room or replace our dirty dishes. I...
