It's one of the best places ur thinking for a family outing near Mumbai may be it for a short weekend or a long weekend it has got all the things in it and if u love to be in nature and peace of mind nisargayan is the place to be it has got an super awesome location covered in dense greenery cool climate cosy rooms and best food right from morning tea till dinner at night and the best part is u r taken care of very well by the nisargayan people and especially Mr Sagun sir. Nisargayan is a colony of cottages away from the maddening city crowds, near the base of the famous Naneghat, in the Sahyadri range. The cottages have natural air conditioning. The colony doesn't create any garbage, everything is recycled including water. Food is good, typically maharashtrian rustic dishes. The host and hostess are friendly, accessible and helpful. This place is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, long walks, treks, spending time with family/friends. Mobile network is quite weak, which is a boon actually!

A fantastic place to relax your mind as Nisargayan offers you a simple yet peaceful experience in the lap of Nature. An ideal place for family and friends (no stags) where you can spend quality time. Explore the nearby waterfall on a short trek, a lake surrounded by the Sahyadri Mountains, relaxes your body when you take a dip in the pristine water. Mr.Sagun a perfect host explained his concept behind creating this eco friendly resort. He is a Masterchef as he tantalizes your taste buds with flavours (specially the non-veg food). The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The resort follows a strict discipline especially the kitchen timing and a Zero plastic zone this ensures the stay is enjoyable and comfortable.
Few thinks to remember:
You will only be allowed to listen to the singing of birds during the day and same jungle music by the frogs and crickets as playing of music and DJ is prohibited. The internet connection is poor as this place is surrounded by heavy vegetation so ensure you place a Out of Office response and let your clients know you wont have access to internet. For voice calls the signals strength is negligible.
Room for improvement: The breakfast and veg menu is very limited.

Nisargyan is a beautiful plc setup amidst greenery and nature...surrounded by mountains on all sides. They have 4 stone cottages which are 3 bedded and 4 cabins which are good for a couple. The rooms and washrooms are neat and clean with hot running water throughout. We travelled as a fly of 6 and occupied 2 cottages. Our stay was comfortable and didn't have any unpleasant exp such as mosquitoes or insects. The food was lipsmacking good with a rustic taste (we opted nonveg -mutton and chicken) Anuj and team are very hospitable and the service is great. The pool is clean too.
All in all a complete value for money and highly recommended.
Suggestion - pls add more indoor games so that kids are occupied (Ludo, cards, Uno, chess) they can add a few more items on their menu. Due to limited staff availability they do have some constraints in arranging stuff but we really didn't miss on anything as such.

If you are looking for the best in class hospitality apart from serene location, total unwinding and value for money, don't look beyond this beautiful place "Nisargyan Palu". Probably one of the best holiday i had till today. Sad that it was just a 2 day visit. The food is just superb and absolutely homely n delicious. Very very strongly recommended.

I am a wildlife photographer who love animals and nature. I love clean air, a cool breeze even in summer, greenery , star trails and cleanliness. This place has everything and is like a heaven to me , same like untouched forest. When i climbed to the top to take a photo of whole placeI couldn’t locate even one house and it looked like dense forest. Pl check uploaded photo. Just in front of mountains and you will love just sitting there and enjoy the purest air.They arrange for treks too. A river, a waterfall during monsoon and a mountain facing resort , a good food and an amazing organic AC houses and rooms ... what else one need Sagun and Meenal are great hosts and understand the needs of guests and understand the business too. The location is full of verdant surroundings with the Naneghat pinnacles staring at you. Enjoyed the beauty of the rising sun. Anuj the most handy person in Nisargayan takes good care of guests culinary tastes and serves mouth watering veg & non-veg dishes. The quality of food is excellent.

Excellent weekend Gateway with family. Nature’s beauty. A gorgeous Nisargayan with an eco-friendly purpose, Nisargayan makes for a unique travel experience for those who want to escape the hectic city life. Perfect spot for getting involved with nature. Coming here is like coming home. Here you get to see natural beauty... Homely tasty food which is prepared over Chulhas...You can totally retreat Relax Unwind Rejuvenate (Tag line absolutely Nailed it) here with your family or friends…I would say to do visit once at Nisargayan to experience Nature’s beauty. This is a place to de stress yourself just by staying and enjoying the freshness , simplicity , good food and most importantly the knowledge about nature, surrounding and the way it been taken best care to retain its bliss for the travellers like us can be known from the such down to earth and extreme knowledgeable person Mr Sagun. This place has everything which one wants to be destressed from city life and wants some peaceful and good time. Zero disturbance and no non sense place to enjoy with family and frnds. I personally like this resort as a perfect getaway for my elderly parents like most of ours who are in the times wherein such place is 100% gonna make them happy, most importantly due to its simplicity and full of nature. The caretaker has taken utmost care to nurture the place. Certainly a place where one would spend a quality time with close ones.
Good simple and beautiful treks around which owner can take.
Writing this review after my 3rd visit in last 1 year and everytime the place and onwer brings in more happiness than earlier.
