This hotel was superb. Lovely characterful, clean rooms. Great customer care, nothing is too much trouble. The absolute highlight was the food. Top quality, using local produce, really good value. Highly recommended.

The welcome was just right, followed by delicious cakes and tea. The room was fine, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The highlight was dinner, 25 euros for the menu. Starters were superb and tender lamb, plus lovely chocolate cake. The included wine was some of the smoothest I have enjoyed. A large plate of Teruel ham for breakfast...

We stayed three nights and greatly enjoyed it. It is a well-restored historic building situated on a square in beautiful Rubielos de Mora (which we much preferred to nearby Mora de Rubielos). The rooms vary in size; we got one of the large ones for the standard price, as the hotel was quiet. We ate dinner twice in the restaurant...

We rate accommodation as we do eating out at a restaurant. It is certainly not just about what you eat but how it is presented and the attitude of the people serving the meal This is why we rate Hotel Los Leones as an excellent establishment. Rubielos de Mora has a picture perfect quaint, medieval village center Our GPS directed us without problem to Los Leones. The impressiv hotel is on a small village square, reception by the owner Pilar was warm and we got a choice between two rooms (nice). We gladly accepted the suggestion of a very interesting guided village tour; yes there is...

We stopped here for lunch when visiting the village. If you are looking for a wonderful menu with great service this is the place. It is on par with Michelin standard, hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We will return, might stay at the hotel!

We had two nights at Los Leones and loved every minute of it. We came w/o reservations and were greeted warmly, settled in quickly, and strolled around the town -- which is itself a trip back into the 16th century. The hotel has only 10 rooms, all tastefully appointed with really old furnishings, but with excellent plumbing -- a winning...
