Great to have a reasonably priced room in Verbier during the ski season when a solo traveller - the breakfasts are better than expected with plenty of local bread, cheese, eggs, Nutella, cereal, decent coffee, with a smaller version available for helping yourself later through the day. Room was cosy, but quiet - wasn't disturbed by others during the night,...

My wife and I spent 1 night here, we were welcomed with open arms, and I was so over the moon to had seen a beautiful piano in the breakfast room. The owner played us a lovely tune, as did I also play away. In need of an upgrade to the property, which was going on on the rear of...

I'm not kidding when i told you I review almost 15 hotels in verbier, and this was the cheapest one, includes breakfast, clean and the best you can get by bus (#4 i think i remeber) from verbier station so you do not have to walk in a cold day. Also the owners where very kind. In my experience it...

Not so easy to find an hotel 3,4 days before going to Verbier, the prices are $$$. Fortunately, I found this one ; simple, clean, ideally located, excellent breakfast and the proprietary is so,so kind ...this is really a good plan for a WE. It is a bit old-fashioned but that's make his charm.

I liked this hotel very much, the hosts were very friendly, the room was very atmospheric and had a beautiful view on the mountains! While the hotel is not located in the central part of Verbier, it is still very easy to get to all the major destinations in the village, like the concert halls for the Verbier Festival or...

Dear friends! I bet everyone has read some old stories about some far-away hotels in deep mountains where each traveller can find a place in the severe weather, when the hope is almost gone but suddenly a tiny fire appears in the window somewhere above and you are saved inside the warm and fortress-like little hotel. That is it -...

Very cosy family atmosphere around a hearty breakfast every morning with fantastik great cheese, meat, fresh eggs and bread from the neighbourhood. The owners are friendly, charming and very helpfull. Simples rooms with wood walls feeling like visiting your grandpa's warm wood chalet; beds are very confortables and you get asleep listening to the babbling brook coming from de mountain....

OK, so this is Verbier which is one of the most expensive ski resorts I've ever stayed in - and les Touristes was the cheapest accommodation I could find that was actually in Verbier...so it's not going to be luxurious. Having said that, the rooms were spotlessly clean, with fresh towels every couple of days. Our room was a twin,...

If you haven't stayed at a youth hostel for £120 /night, this is your 'Chance'! Very very basic room, very small and humid as the' bathroom/toilett' is part of it... Breakfast is also very basic - you get the whole week the same thing - same cheese, same ham and boiled egg.... It is a 20min (uphill) walk to the...

Had dinner at the restaurant, which is a short drive down from Verbier. Great selection of meats, different types of fondue (including basic cheese, or with chillies, shallots, tomatoes, etc), croûtes au fromage, and röstis. Good selection of wines and good deserts. I wouldn't describe the food as inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Attracts mainly a...
