booked this through Ski Total not quite knowing what to expect. This is a fantastic quirky hotel - a little dated but that does not detract from the cleanliness and its fantastic location in Verbier. The food was plentiful , and of a very good standard. The service was really good.

Stayed for a week from 22nd January 2012 with 4 people in the group. The hotel is a little tired - needs new carpets and updating - BUT that's my only criticism. At the time of writing we travelled with Ski Total which ran the Rosalp as a 'premium chalet hotel' but you get a LOT MORE for your money... More

Just returned as a group of 20 who visited the Hotel for a week on the 15th January 2012. On arrival the staff were all very helpful with bags, skis and snowboards. After a very short delay due only to the number of new guests, Karen allotted us our room, a very spacious twin with electric shutters and a nice... More

We have just returned from 7 great days in a party of 20.The staff were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble. They helped us to and from the coach with the extra ski luggage and were taken to our room (313). The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable and there was no street noise(we are country bumpkins). Most hurdles... More

The friendliest team of staff, fab food - really good, so good we asked to meet the Chef.! Definitely book again. Karen is marvellous and her team are super fun, willing helpful and kind. 11 of us in our party all agreed that for Skiing - this is the place to go. Verbier is very expensive but our Ski total... We stayed at this Chalet Hotel on 27/2/2011 with a group of 28 people for my husband's 50th birthday week - from when we all walked into the reception we had an amazingly warm welcome from Susie and her team Fran, Sophira and Josh our trusty wine waiter and accomodating barman, its alway a worry when organising a big group... Just had a fantastic stay at the Rosalp, location , food and room excellent. The staff were great fun and made the stay a great pleasure. If you want to stay in Verbier and you cant quite afford the £25M chalet then this is the place. Also very close to the lifts and town centre.

Ski Total currently run the hotel & from the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming. The meals; breakfast, tea & evening dinner were always first class as were the dinner wines. Cheese was even offered as an extra without charge plus canape's & aperitif on some evenings. The hotel is well positioned for the ski... More

We stayed at the Rosalp for the last week in December 2010 which is run by Ski Total. We have never used them before for our skiing breaks and will 100% use them again. The staff were professional, friendly and could not do enough for you. The food was beyond good, it was exceptional for a chalet - more like... More

This used to be a top flight hotel and restaurant. Since it changed management it has become completely unsatisfactory. When my group stayed there the rooms were dusty and stale smelling, there was virtually no service, we had to take a key because there was noone on duty at night. There is no longer any restaurant for lunch or dinner,... More

Ski Total would like to draw attention to the fact that this reviewer stayed in the Rosalp during the summer of 2009. Ski Total do not run the Rosalp during the summer and the comments the reviewer made bear no resemblance to the current style of service offered to Ski Total guests as can be seen by the more recent... “All the rooms in our party of six were of a good size with excellent bathrooms and showers but for the best rooms try103, 104 and 105 on the first floor with large balconies and great views or 206 on the second floor up in the eaves. If you want peace and quiet ask for rooms at the side or back but you will lose the views and the afternoon sun.”
