I spent a night in this hotel when visiting Zermatt. It's located about 50 meters from the train station, which is really convenient and a great value for money. We booked it on the day and it was CHF 120.- for the 2 of us, the parking for the day and the 2 breakfasts. The rooms are very simple but...

My fiance and I had a last-minute reservation here and checked in about the same time a bus-load was checking in. We were appreciative of the woman stepping aside to hand us our key and quick instruction, but she was obviously hurried with the demand and did NOT tell us a check-out time. In the morning, she knocked at the...

Good location, clean rooms;nice ,quiet and peaceful surroundings, but one of the disappointing things was the wi-fi being awailable only at the reception area.Another stuff was the broken handler of the shower leaking and sprinkling water all around the bathroom.Otherwise breakfast was good and staff nice and paying the appropriate good attitude.

I was there for Group Tour. We came midnight and they served our Late Dinner or maybe supper. Staff were great and helpful, room was okay, i just remember to sleep and wake up early in the morning to catch up the breakfast and move to other city. the View in the morning was unbelievable, snowy mountain everywhere. Picturesque!

For those in a car trip, it is worth staying in Tasch. Elite Hotel is right beside the train station and next to a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It is a good value for money.

Giving 4 star for its cost and location. We booked the hotel through Venere, and stayed there on 18th March 2016. We wanted to visit Matterhorn and the only hotel/place within our budget was Elite. I was little apprehensive about this hotel reading all those comments, specially a old grumpy receptionist. Fortunately, our interaction was him for a brief interval,...

I would never recommend this hotel and never stay there for the second time. Very rude chief and manager. I saw the chief quarrel with guests and even swear Swiss German behind the guests, that would never be right people for service. The cleanness is also a question when i was there. For money-savers I would say there are quite...

We stayed here for a night. We thought it to be a lovely halt to see Zermatt. Its literally a hop skip and jump to the station where you can board a train to Zermatt. The trains run frequently so its very convenient. We spent the entire day in Zermatt and returned only at night. This hotel was away from...

No problem with the rooms, they're clean and adequately furnished, if a little old fashioned. Only problem is they're noisy, especially if your room faces onto the bus-park area between the main building and the annex. The Zermatt trains also run early until late, and are 30m from the hotel - not great if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast ok...

The hotel is 5 min. from Tasch station. We have to take train to go to Zermatt. That costs about 15 F. The hotel is family owned. The owner is Japanese friendly. They provide rice and miso soup in morning buffet. The room is very simple and clean. The hotel consists of main building and annex. There was no telephone...
