Rooms are small and kept quite clean and there is plenty of closet space. Shower is really small -- not really comfortable for big guys or parents bathing children. Price was the cheapest we could find in the city. Place is kind of a dead zone and you don't really run into other guests much -- nice and quiet. The...

The prices, location and cleanliness of this property are probably unbeatable. Its basic accommodation but really really sufficient especially for the price. Clean decent rooms, comfy beds, en suite and often with a balcony and a great view, in the center of town and prices that are very very reasonable. The staff are responsive to emails and bookings and helpfull

It's the second time that I sleep at Hotel Walser. I don't know any other places in Saas but to me it is simply the best value, location and place in here for someone who seeks afordable confort! Check-in at hotel Tenne 2 minutes walk, close to the 2 supermarkets, restaurants and heart of night life. I would definitely invite...

I stayed here because it was the cheapest lodging (and the only hostel) in Saas Fee. Convenient location to everything in town, and to the bus station, which was particularly nice since we arrived late at night and left early in the morning. We didn't see anyone else in the building the entire two days we were there, which was...

We were treated very kindly. Claudia and Peter are very helpful and were always very considered to us. Great location and great facilities. It is very close to the bus terminal and they have a ski-room next to the Alpine-express for your skies.

I stayed one night at that hotel. At the moment (March 2014) there is only someone at the reception desk in the morning (during breakfast time); during the rest of the day, there is a phone from which you can call Hotel Artemis who sends someone (for our check-in a person came in less than 10 minutes). The rooms are...

I stayed in this hotel in April 2012 and had a wonderful time. The hotel was almost deserted, and I believe I was one of six people in the hotel at the time. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in asked questions. Since the hotel was pretty slow, they also had plenty of time to chat and tell me...

I stayed one week at Walser in November 2011. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself well-run although modest, but good value for money. Location excellent. Will be going back there this year.

The staff is very kind; lets start with that! But the owner should maybe consider an update. Everythign in the room and hotel looks rather old. The rooms are rather small and the beds not too comfy. The bath area was really outdated and small. It is impossible to shower without touching the showercurtain. There is also a very overpriced...
