Booked the hotel on a budget, family of 5 skiing is expensive. The hotel was exactly what I expected clean and comfortable and a 10 minute walk to the slopes. What a bonus to have a boot room at their sister hotel at the foot of the slopes. What made the difference for us was the evening meal and service,...

We stayed in the annex. The room was bright and airy, clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding; 5 course evening meal and buffet breakfast. The evening menu was varied and the food always cooked well and beautifully presented. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The only downside was that guests are charged for tap water - 5CHF...

Stayed here with a ski group. The Hotel sent 2 vehicles to pick us up from the bus station. Double rooms were nice. I was in a VERY small single room. Loved the steam room, sauna & warm (not hot) tub - this was great after a day of skiing. The breakfast was adequate BUT the dinners were to die...

Rooms...clean, basic, warm. There's no tea making facility's and hotel charges 4 francs per cup. Fantastic views, we had 2 balconies facing different sides No lift access. Location...perfect for us, just out of the main center. 10 mins walk downhill to boot room. Really peacfull, apart from predictable Friday night boozers. Spa...Our one luxury. It was a delight. There is...

Great welcome with luggage taken to room on arrival. Reception staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but no hot food but decent buffet. Dinner was included which is great as Saas Fee is very expensive. Five courses was good to very good most nights. Another big plus is sauna jacuzzi wellness centre. Ideal for relaxing after skiing. Downsides were uncomfortable...

We arrived at The Europe Hotel on Thursday 26th January, in great excitement for the Snow Polo event taking place in St Moritz. Never having been to St Moritz before, we were not sure of the region nor exactly how far the Europa Hotel was away from the lake, where the event is held. Asking the taxi driver at the...

We had a week at the Europa, booked via Inghams. First the good news - the hotel is in a wonderful location with absolutely beautiful views. Our view from the balcony of Room 121 was simply stunning, with views of the several 4000m+ peaks surrounding this village. But we had two complaints - one fairly minor and one not so...
