Overall this little place seems to lack someone to care about it. The remodeling kept the same tired 70's era faux-antique, whitish-brownish furniture. While the better rooms have much-needed extra space, even these were mostly people-boxes. Not charming. Staff was minimally engaged. Only person who seemed to interact with guests was the delightful older housekeeper, who boomed out a good...

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and have no complaints at all. Everyone that works there is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the gondolas but they have their own transportation to take you back and forth. If you like to party, the hotel is very close to...

Great location on the main street yet far from the noisy side of town. Super bright and clean rooms with balcony and mountain view. Excellent breakfast buffet. They offer 24h free hot drinks which I found essential! Will be back.

I visited this hotel with my parents over Christmas/New Year. It was so lovely and cute. The rooms are small but it was enough for my parents and myself. I had an extra bed which was really comfy. Room was so clean, totally renovated and decorated nicely with lots of wood. The balcony was HUGE. We really enjoyed our stay....

I had specifically booked this hotel as it was a good value option and the official hotel description on Tripadvisor describes the hotel as having 'a spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath'. Be warned this is not the case, the hotel has absolutely no spa area at all! The only spa is the public wellness centre in the...

Having stayed in a few 3-star Swiss hotels, i've always found them to be very friendly, very clean and enough space, however a little on the basic side. After all, the Swiss are famous for efficiency! The team at Artemis in Saas Fee were very helpful, flexible and accommodating. The secure ski storage room near the main lift was super...

You get what you pay for. This is a 3 star hotel and will offer you what a 3 star is expected to so don't go expecting luxury. We booked a superior room however the beds (two single joint together ) was quite small and due to this structure behind the bed we kept hitting out arms during the night...

We had two rooms which were joined by a door as we were three people. The room and facilities are very clean. We just stayed one night, so cannot say much about service. Good breakfast and easy friendly staff.

I went for a weekend in saasfee. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming us with disounts for the ski pass, taking us to the the ski slope! They have a skiroom near to the ski station so that you don't have to walk with all the equipment in saasfee! Room nice, warm and clean with the best duvets we've ever...
