We stayed at the Sunstar Beau Site for 4 nights in February. The family room was really well appointed and very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and were invaluable in guiding us around the area and arranging passes. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is really nicely decorated with a homely atmosphere. Thoroughly recomended.

We stayed here for a long weekend and found the hotel to be a lovely place to stay in Saas Fee. After being picked up by one of the hotel's electric cars, we were given a warm welcome by the owners upon arrival. Our room was cosy but had everything we needed and it was good value for money. The...

Was my third trip to saas fee in less than a year and am glad stayed at the Sunstar this time. The Sunstar is a Swiss hotel chain and have stayed at their properties in Klosters and Flims also. An overseas tourist should stay at one of the Sunstar properties to enjoy and appreciate swiss hospitality. The minibar is included...

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and was very impressed. The staff were very helpful and made an extra effort to make our stay wonderful. There is a clean and modern spa in the hotel, as well as a cozy lounge with a fireplace. Our room was clean and warm and the beds were comfortable. Finally, the location...

We cannot recommend the Sunstar hotel highly enough for a high standard of service and kind helpfulness especially when our luggage went missing. All the staff in the hotel were very courteous & welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is central, the food excellent & the swimming pool and sauna etc. first class also. La Ferme the separate...

We stayed 4 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The family room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped (2 LC TV). The transportation service from the parking area is perfect (very friendly and polite the driver). Also the cleaning service and the front desk were perfect. The location is very close to everything in Saas Fee and...

This was a wonderful hotel in a very special place that seemed somewhat undiscovered by Americans. You are surrounded by peeks, toped with glaciers creating waterfalls to be seen and herd. Our room was very comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more caring and thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. We were...

We stayed here for four nights and found the hotel to be very comfortable. The single rooms were large and located at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. There was a large flat screen TV with hundreds of channels to choose from and the free Wi-Fi was very reliable. The mini-bar was also free and restocked daily....

On the hotel website the Sunstar markets itself as a "Boutique Hotel" which we found slightly exagereted. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is lovely, centrally located on Saas Fee main pedestrian street, the reception staff is vey friendly, the sleeping quality was outstanding with excellent mattress and duvet. The decor of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, some...

The Sunstar Boutique Hotel Beau-Site Saas-Fee is in the centre of this car-free glacier village, set amid wonderful mountain scenery. The historic features of the hotel blend harmoniously with its elegant décor and modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously fitted out, and no two are the same. All rooms have been tastefully decorated using local timbers, fine fabrics and top-quality materials. Those in certain categories have a balcony. A friendly and attentive team of staff provides hospitality with a personal touch. Gourmets are treated to speciality dishes in the homely "La Ferme" restaurant and in the "Fee Chäller". The stylish lounge with its open fireplace is an inviting place to round off the day in good company.
