Very nice hotel in Saas Fee. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. However watch out for the current manager, this guy has no place in hospitality, and he is unfortunately the reason why this hotel doesn't get 5 stars.

Centrally located in the beautiful idyllic saas fee, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It is truly traditional swiss décor, clean, comfortable with very pleasant staff. The food is also wonderful, highly recommended

We stayed at the Beau-Site on our last family weekend of the ski season. The hotel is dated (if you are interested in design, your eyes my hurt), but the family room is large and spotless. I really like when family rooms are divided in two, it's convenient to have a door between parents and child when Junior's bedtime is...

Pros: Very friendly and efficient young managers and their staff made us feel welcome and at ease. This is a warm and friendly traditional hotel. Our suite was much more spacious than we had hoped. The food was great and plentiful. Cons: There is a pool, but it is a little small ( the kids loved it, all the same)....

My wife, son (12), dog and I stayed for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. The hotel itself is very pleasant, the breakfast was excellent and the pool / wellness area / massages were all great. The hotel is well situated for the village but is 10 minutes walk from the main cable cars. The hotel does offer a shuttle...

The secret of a good family holiday is to find a Hotel that is so accommodating that one doesn’t have to worry about anything - the Sunstar Beau-Site in Saas-Fee certainly delivered that in spades! Arriving on Easter Saturday for the penultimate week of skiing at the resort, we trundled our suitcases the short distance to the hotel whereupon we...

This is a comfortable and well appointed hotel with good facilities and services, e.g. pool and spa, but what really set it apart for us was the service the staff provided. From management, reception, dining room to room service, universally top service with friendly courtesy and willingness to help at all times. It is clearly a very well managed hotel....

It is always a risk going back to a place you really liked. Last time I came to Saas Fee and stayed at the Sunstar the weather was perfect, there was plenty of snow and the hotel was brilliant. Second time round I am glad to say that every thing I said last year is still true. If anything, it...

All rooms have been tastefully decorated using local timbers, fine fabrics and top-quality materials. Those in certain categories have a balcony.
