You need to walk a little for reaching zostel bir everytime but the location is great! The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful too and the place has a good vibe.
The view from property was excellent and the location of property is very good I will come again in this zostel . The view from rooms and staff was very polite, common area was very relexableand food was very tasty and h thank you for every thing
Had a booking for 20 days and extended for another week. During my stay Yogesh kamra made sure I had a great experience at the zostel. Deepak Abrol and the kitchen team made me feel home at Olive kitchen. While a local raw talent Jatin Sharma known as Buland Himalay jammed every night and filled the common room with bright colors. The front desk staff welcomes you with a warm smile and are always up and happy to help you with your needs. Ajay bhaiya and Lucky bhaiya especially. Their hospitality is top notch and very consistent. Be it the gardener grandpa or the house help ladies everybody makes sure you're having a great day. Bir 2.0 being the beautiful stand tall property that it is has peaked me to like any other hostel here after. To me more than the property it's the staff that has my heart and makes me want to visit every year! I being a female solo traveler have felt very safe and secure in this zostel which is the utmost necessity in tourist places like Bir. Thanks zostel Bir 2.0 for being so kind and nice to me and making my stay beautifully memorable. I definitely recommend it to all for a great and lovely experience. 10/10…
Best place to live if you are in Bir. Had an amazing experience chilling out with new friends I made here, good food and weather. Helpful management who helped us visit places and booking bikes and cabs as well.
Couldn't wish for a better place than this. Atul and everyone in Zostel Bir 2.0 thrive to make your experience the best. Living here is an experience in itself. Top notch service, fun and cleanliness.
It was an absolutely comfortable stay in Zostel. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. The highlights were their city tour package, clean rooms, pahadi sandwich. It was a home away from home. Being a lone traveller, best part was its safety standards. Thank you so much Zostel for giving us, an amazing and memorable experience.
My experience with Zostel properties is very new and Bir 2.0 was the second property I visited. Zostel Bir 2.0, set out in a peaceful location, boats of an amazing 360 degree view, beautiful and well-maintained common area (lounge), very clean washrooms, open and spacious dorms, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Being on a workation, I did not face any Wifi issue. The reception staff (Luckyji and Ajay Bhaiya) are so welcoming and ever-smiling that I felt instantly felt at home. Rinku bhaiya and Sachin bhaiya at their in-house cafe, Olive Kitchen serve you with scrumptious home cooked meals - every dish here is made fresh and with love. As a solo woman traveller opting for a hostel stay, well-maintained and clean space becomes key. And Zostel Bir 2.0 offered me just that. I met some mixed bag of friendly solo and group travellers; made some friends (hopefully for life). I went to Bir planning a 4-5 days trip and landed up staying for 10 days. That place took my heart and filled my soul with peace.…
Zostel Bir has is one of the cleanest Zostel’s I have witnessed. Dorms, beds, washrooms are very clean and common areas are also well maintained. The coordinate Harshil is very friendly and a great person to interact with, he also invests a lot in the interests of the guests and suggest them places to visit. He was really kind and took us all to different places around BIR. My Bir experience was amazing because of him and the other guests who had come. 5 star to this property and Harshil 😍😍
I think it is one of the best hostels in the entirety of Himachal. Unparalleled cleanliness and services. The property is set out at a very peaceful location. The hospitality of the staff is top-notch. The café has some really nice Indian cuisines, so make sure you devour those delicacies. If you do plan on staying here, make sure you talk to Lucky, he's ultra friendly, and will definitely give you the best recommendations. P.S. : Amidst this enthralling experience, I stumbled across an intern here who stayed on the property and helped revive the crowd. If this review reaches to the people who evaluate this internship of Harshil, I would like to say that he's been an excellent host, whether it's game nights, treks, or short tours, he's taken an active effort towards making us enjoy. I hope that he gets some kind of credit for it. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10/10.…
I stayed for 9 days on a workation in the mixed dorm. Zostel: Amazing property, super clean washrooms, no WiFi or electricity issues. Mixed bag of friendly solo and group travellers. Olive Kitchen: Cafe food was great, made fresh always by the awesome staff. They even made some special local dishes not on the menu. Staff: The people working there were very helpful and friendly. The community manager: Harshil also helped conduct activities to bond with the other travellers and was a good guide for the stay, in general. Bir: Very peaceful place, good cafes, paragliding is the best. Makes you want to come back!
