Parvatah is not just a hotel or a guesthouse, it is our way to pay tribute to the mighty peaks of the Himalayas and the rich cultures and traditions found there. Each & every corner of our property is designed and handpicked by us throughout our unforgettable journeys in the Himalayas. We have put our heart & soul in bringing together this project with the endeavor to create a unique stay experience for all our guests. Each room in Parvatah is named after a prominent mountain peak, which depicts our love for the people, culture & tradition of that area. The interior & décor is inspired by the magical high altitude areas around the majestic peaks of Everest, Annapurna, Nanda Devi & Kanchenjunga.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 days and it was nice stay. Welcome drink was yumm and we asked for one extra drink which they served with a smile .Cook prepares mouth watering north indian and himachali food.Do try Himachali thali. Nitish and uncle helped us in every aspect.. they booked paragliding for us, helped in hiring a scooty, gave a list of all the cafes which can be explored in bir ( great recommendations) and told us about a waterfall nearby which was an awesome trek. They are always ready to help you and guide you . We enjoyed our stay at Parvatah.

We stayed at Parvatah in October 2021 and had the most wonderful experience. From the initial booking process to our departure, everything was smooth, effortless and immensely satisfying. Nitish is a wonderful host and and very accommodating. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was kind enough to make adjustment to our arrival dates and related payments, even though the place was fully booked. As for the property, it is beautifully decorated, well maintained and located in peaceful surroundings. The rooms sizes were as expected and described. The décor was rustic and soothing. Manu, the chef at the property, was excellent. Very friendly and cheerful. He catered to our dietary needs and his cooking was mouth watering! In fact, all staff members at Parvatah deserve kudos for being friendly, efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Parvatah of you are visiting Bir for a short holiday. It's well worth it!

It's perfect for unwinding, amazing staff in parvatah and delicious food cooked by Mr. Manu. Loads of options in veg menu even. Better than any 5 star hotel food. Must try. Homely atmosphere with such a positive vibe. Location is great. Must visit place. Looking forward to visit soon. I visited with my family and we just loved the place.

We went there for the traditional food thali and it was an exquisite experience. Not only did we got to eat the traditional kangri food but we were furnished with a lot of knowledge about it. It was a great experience and the location was very pleasing.

The location of this property is very impressive. Chef Manu is also very courteous and food can be customised to your taste. However, our stay wasn’t great enough to come back due to few reasons- there was some tile work going on this property while we were staying. On repeatedly asking to stop as my father was having headache , we were asked to bear with it. Another point was at the time of checkout. Without asking politely , we were asked to check out as soon as possible even when there was time left to check out . They knew we have a small 11 month baby still they dint bother to have some patience. My advise to the owners will be to empathise with the guest and be more cooperative. Just by saying home away from home doesn't make it so.

Random plans are the best ones! During a family visit to Panipat I thought of going on a short 3-4 days trip with my wife and 3 year old girl. After searching a lot I found out Parvatah and called out owner of the property, Nitish! Not only he explained about the property so well but also guided and sent me proper routes to navigate to Bir with ease. I even called him twice on my way to bir for confirmation of route and he gladly helped me. Will come back to this after a bit review about place and people! About he property: 10/10 CLEAN, CREATIVE & VIBRANT! Its a very very beautiful property with four rooms designed with different mountain peaks theme. I booked the space for three days and stayed at their Annapurna Room which was very creatively decorated. White color & themed decor made the stay in that room Very very refreshing. Bathrooms! 10/10 Clean linen & bathrooms are my main concerns whenever I book a stay. Just checkout the images and you will understand! This washroom specifically the one in Annapurna room, can set standards of comparison for your any future bookings! I had to extend my stay at the place cos I couldn’t get enough of beautiful Bir and was glad to checkout another room named Nandadevi! Staff: 10/10 Ladakh & Himachal, these two places have left an everlasting impression on my mind due to the simplicity and warmth of the people. Staff umm, I would rather say a family away from family! From Preetam bhaiya to Chef Manu to all the Didis(forgot to ask their name), they take care of you as a family! My car got stuck on the very first day near the stay due to monsoon season and they all came out to the rescue and helped as if they knew me since years! Nitish’s father who makes ure that your stay their is flawless was all the time their for hours in rain to make sure my car gets out safely! All in all I would rate the family out their in Parvatah 10/10! Food: 11/10 !! Usually a place has some speciality but their every food item was special! Its very tough to get good south indian, himachali and continental at the same place. I am a BIG BIG food enthusiast and have a huge respect for spices. I can undoubtedly say that I had the best Sambhar and Best Himachali thali at this place. I tried Kangdi Dham at three places including this one but the flavours on their thali were just.. Hard to express :) The aroma of food was coming till the common area 😂😂 and made us hungry like anything BUT when the thali was in front of us we could not taste :) Reason? Food is not just food, its an experience. And that experience was enhanced when Chef Manu came to tell us the story of Kangdi Dham and how every single dish is prepared. That increased our respect and obviously the taste of food :) All in all we had a great experience and whenever I am again in BIR, I know where I need to go without any second thought! Wont end without mentioning how Nitish came during the stay and we had almost half an hour long chat on stay, life experiences, travel and kids and what not! Thanks for such a great place and hospitality Parvatah!

We stayed in Parvatah Homestay in March 2021 for 2 nights. Nitish and his family went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable and pleasant one. The property itself is beautiful, with sunset views from the cafe on the terrace. Each room is themed differently based on a mountain peak and a lot of personal touches by the family. Extremely clean and tidy as well. Nitish also arranged for paragliding and a barbecue dinner as well. He also suggested a small hike nearby to a beautiful waterfall. The whole experience was great and I was sad to leave after only 2 days. Will certainly be back and recommend to anyone else as well if you're in Bir.

I loved the minimal tasteful decor of the rooms. The themes were well represented and the room was very cosy. They provided every possible help and amenitiy that we asked for even ear buds combs and other basics are provided for. Lots of tea cofee books a music system, heaters, great breakfast. The host was very kind in accomodating all our eccentricities and we had a great time. Their rooftop is a star gazers dream. Highly recommended! My only negative feedback is that breakfast is only served at 9am and I wake up much earlier. But they serve a ton of food with a lot of heart and there is a kettle in the room and diy tea/coffee is provided.
