A functional business hotel in a great location. Rooms nice, bathroom really pleasant and just generally very suitable for a business trip. My room view was not great, but the price reflected that well. Reception very helpful and welcoming.

Very comfortable bed, and nice room (even had a terrace). Great location, two minutes from train station. Only downsides were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no restaurant on site. Would stay here again.

Recently used the City Hotel in Aschaffenburg, fairly basic but does what you need, would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the main attractions and the staff are great, super friendly and very helpful, next time i am back in the area i will use the hotel again.

The City-Hotel is ideally situated if you are arriving by train, being 1 or 2 minutes form the station exit. If you are traveling by car, the best parking is at the train station, 10 euros/ night. They do have a "loading" zone at the front door which is convenient. The staff made us feel like nothing was too much... More

Very disappointing hotel : old worn rooms, old bathroom, small shower. poor breakfast with limited choices, old bread, at 8 there were no more boiled eggs :-( Definitely not worth its price nor its 4 star rating. Acceptable as a 2 star hotel.

Old hotel, old forniture, big stairs right on the entrance ( not good when you have 2 big luggages and have to do the check in!!! ). Breakfast is simple, no parking lot , you have to use the one from the DB. Good thing is that the hotel is in the middle of the city right in front of... More

City hotel aschaffenburg is located very close to main railway station. It is also small and quiet hotel even when your room is towards the street. Staircase is narrow, and there is lots of corners when you go up to your room. Rooms are quite nice anyway... Not modern, but still ok and clean. There is no lobbybar etc. but... More

Good deals to be had when informed. Do not pay the rack-rate. Hotel is very centrally located in the old town of Asschaffenburg, which itself does not offer a real lot of sights to see. Rooms are spacious although a bit old fashioned, but the bathroom is clean and modern. Staff friendly and pprofessional and breakfasst good enough to get... More

After few months in Aschaffenburg area I found this hotel opportunity in the center of the city. Is convenient for people coming by car, train or bus ( parking in the central train station ). Everthing you need is close to the hotel and there are additional advantages for the people which are late in time ( fast food oportunties... More

The room was clean, and met my needs as a business traveller. It was very conveniently located, and the staff was very nice. We actually showed up on Sunday morning at 9 am, and they allowed us to check in. This allowed us a day of discovering.
