Good hotel with all amenities, has a nice restaurant, service with a smile, reasonably priced, right on main road with ample parking, Being very near to highway, the floors are dusty, Maintenance is poor, though a new building, the upkeep makes it look old
Decent and budget stay with delicious food, Friendly and Supporting staff, Naya Ghat and Major attractions in ayodhya is in nearby vicinity (Max 1.5 km) and easily available ERickshaw will certainly help your ayodhya visit make hazzlefree. Thank you Mr. Ramji Pandey and Mr. Rajneesh Upadhyay for your help and support during our stay.
We had a family dinner on 6th November 2021. The quality of food was good. Pathetic service. Worst supervision. Careless attitude. All staff seems to be untrained. They have not been cultured or mentored. A lot is to be done by the Hotel Management (who is afraid of coming face to face with customers) to get the things right.
I had recommended this hotel to my tour organizer, IHPL New Delhi after seeing several reviews of Trip Advisor although IHPL had suggested Hotel Taraji Resort and some other hotels situated in Faizabad, 5-6 km away from Ayodhya town. Another criteria for selecting this hotel is its vegetarian restaurant. However, after reaching the hotel I was disappointed after entering the room. Of course all necessary facilities, such as TV, furniture, a queen size double bed are available in this room but the room is a bit congested and so is its bath room. The hotel claimed to have wi-fi as per the google reviews but there is no wi-fi in the hotel. In fact its internal phone was also not working during our 2 day stay on 15th and 16th March. The main plus point of the hotel is its Vegetarian restaurant, Makhan Malai. It serves very tasty and delicious food. However, the service is poor and one is supposed to order at least 20 minutes in advance at the reception counter otherwise he has to wait in the dining hall for that much time. The restaurant is in the cellar, reception counter is on ground floor and rooms are mostly on first floor. So we had to come down two floors (no lift) to order the food as the internal phone was not working. The dining hall is spacious, well decorated but had mosquitoes. Of course the staff was using sanitizer etc and followed necessary corona safety protocols. Our breakfast was also included in the room rent by our tour operator but there were only 2 choices, bread butter and paranthas/milk/tea etc. On demand the hotel provided us corn flakes and milk as an alternative. The hotel is quite close to Naya ghat for pilgrims interested in taking bath in the river Saryu or for any religious prayers etc. Hence I would recommend this hotel to only such devotees who are vegetarian and wish to be near the temples and river ghats.…
Visited from 29th Nov to 01st Dec. Overall nice stay. Location is good. Food quality is good. In case of direct booking only Talk to Mr Ram ji Pandey. He is the incharge and is supportive. Pls do not talk to Mr Lakshmi Kant Pandey. (He does not stand by his words) Suggested Improvements 1) Chair top is broken in some of the chairs of restaurant. 2) The wiring of the AC stabilizer is open & any child can touch the live wire. It should be covered. Regards
Good vegetarian hotel. Very close to Ram Janmabhoomi, Saryu Ghat and other places of historical interest. There is a museum two buildings away from the hotel which is very interesting and with artifacts from the excavation of Ram Janmabhoomi site. Room is comfortable, food was also good. Hotel staff were also very courteous

Excellent hotel in locality...little expensive... But justified against services offered... Very near to saryu river ghat... Cabs and autos easily available for city tour... Little far from railway station..
Attended Ram Katha and stayed at this very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and good room service. Close to ghat for Aarti and Saruji darshan. Markets close by. Malai makhan excellent restaurant. Very impressed with the quality of food served here. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for 2 nights 26/10 to 28/10/18. Room was clean & well maintained but provides nil toiletries as room amenities/complimentary. All the staff were polite & of +ve behaviour. It has a pure vegetarian restaurant with good but limited option of food items. Location is also near to highway, Naya Ghat of Saryu River & other main attractions. Cant’s say it is a budget hotel but it is very safe and good for family stay.
