This is a budget hotel with no frills. The hotel is in a central safe location. The room was large and clean and was equipped with a kitchenette, minibar and free wifi. Breakfast was self service cereal, fruit, yougart, cold meat, bread etc. Quite good for the price.

Staff very good, easy to find, close to amenities. However room was big but the bed was only 200mm off the floor very difficult to get up and down. TV was the old 12" screen type place 2 mtrs up the wall. Bathroom fit out really needed some work new taps, power supply etc very basic.

My wife and I were touring by car in mid December 2013. We booked this hotel based on their special offer with breakfast advertised though trip adviser and booked through bookings.com. On arrival at 2.30 pm we found the hotel locked up but check in was for 3pm so we left and returned at 3. It was still locked but...

Well, what I have to say is that if I come back to the south of the Black forest (and I am sure I will), I will definitely will stay at this hotel again. The location is quite convenient, as it is located next to the train station, which mean you can go to any of the attractions/towns in the...

Effectively the hotel was closed. The bar, lounge and restaurant were shut off with steel security gates. We only had access to our rooms via the hotel back door. Staff of one was curt and said we only had bed and breakfast so why complain. Hotel was only staffed for breakfast. Many other hotels with vacancies. Avoid.

I have been here and our first impression was that it was a very good chance, not only for the price but also for the location and the overall view of the hotel. It wasa shame that in the morning the breakfast was so simple and not very good prepared. Here is where the hotel should improve. The service by...

This hotel is oldy world, lovely building. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. THe chap who runs it is very helpful and speaks excellent English. The hotel is 2 minutes from the railway and has themed nights. Food in the town is good and easy to find, a relaxing village which is quiet.

Lovely hotel in a convenient position. The lounge area was very comfortable and the service was good. The hotel restaurant was good ith typical German dishes. Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of foods on offer. I would recommend this well priced hotel.
