This hotel is good, period. But. They want the exquisite status without the investments for it. 180€ is a fair price for a nice room, nice but basic bathroom, fresh breakfast included. But you don't start charging your residents for an open air parking with a sign that you deny any responsability for damage. You cannot expect high standard guests...

Well situated with a beautiful view on the vineyards and the lake. Room are very well decorated. Breakfast is very nice, but no restaurant in this guest house. Very very quiet you will for sure relax in this place.

We stayed here one night in October. The room was very comfortable with a nice view overlooking vineyard and lake. The hotel had a wine bar accessible after hours. The dining room for breakfast was exquisite. Prettiest setting we had during our trip!

It may sound mean but I was disappointed with this hotel and it's difficult to put my finger on it. We had previously spent a week in the mountains two hours away and loved our week, I extended our holiday by a day as friends had been in town and we wanted to check out the area with a view...

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for 3 days. We loved every second! My boyfriend has visited Bodensee many times, and he said it is the best hotel he has been to. Customer Service - incredible! Such helpful ladies working who go out of their way to make you comfortable! Helped us plan bike trip and recommended shopping/dining. Rooms...

This place really is a lover's paradise, exquisite hotel and the whole package. We already want to return and stay here on our next visit to the Bodensee area. Just make sure you read the fine print: CASH ONLY. We sort of got caught without enough euros, but luckily there is a Sparkasse and Volksbank around the corner in case...

This quaint "boutique hotel" is rare indeed! One immediatedly finds a warm welcoming atmosphere in these quarters...that are so uplifting, so tastefully decorated in detail as stones in a mosaic! The "breakfast buffet" is overwhelmingly complete with more fine varieties of culinary delights that "midday lunch" never happens! Maybe...just maybe ...it is time to stop counting "stars"... and start finding...

The hotel was advertised as 5 min walk from the city center. This is not correct ! From the center at lake level, first you have to climb 200 m very, very steep street and then climb about 100 very steep, narrow steps in order to reach the highest point of town and the hotel. We arrived by bicycle there...

We love this villa. We started our three week vacation here, and the remainder of the trip will be hard pressed to match this facility. Lovely villa, set a side a vineyard overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, the honor system bar is a welcome change, and the beds were comfortable. Read the fine print as this is a cash...

Nestled in a small vineyard on a hill overlooking the lake, the setting for this modern boutique hotel could not be more idyllic. The rooms are white and spare, yet invitingly comfortable. The breakfast was ample and featured a variety of local choices. In addition there was fresh fruit, eggs to order, a variety of breads and pastries and deliciously...
