Such an easy hotel to find. Great location as you can just walk down Queens road to get to the underground (central line). The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the beds very comfy. It was freezing cold outside but we were snug and warm in our room. The shower was set at a perfect temperature...

The level of care and friendliness lifts this so-so budget hotel above the ordinary. Would have preferred a free wifi. Room and bathroom was clean and comfy. Location was handy for visiting nearby relative and trip into central London. Car park is free. Good restaurants a 15 minute walk away.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast for value and choice and amazing restaurant staff but didn't have 1 decent nights sleep due to noise from joining room If I were to stay here again I would insist that we had a room which wasn't connected internally to another room

Stayed one night for work purposes. Great reception by a young lady called Michelle and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice pub next door with a carvery restaurant staff are also very pleasant. Left very early the next morning (was dark) ...they may need to think their car park lighting, there is none towards the back of the hotel....

Fantastic service. Friendly, happy staff. Clean rooms and a fantastic bed to get a great nights sleep in. We were all overjoyed with the service the reception staff gave us and the waiter service the next morning.

Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Staff are lovely and very genuine. Great parking and location ideal for access to the tube. Breakfast in the morning was great value. Would def return to this premier inn.

Nice location. An older Premier inn. Rooms clean and tidy. Nearby pub/restaurant very nice. Carvery excellent. Staff at both places very friendly and attentive. Real ale in the pub very poor. Had to change it twice. Gave up in the end.

Friendly staff - room clean and comfortable - no noise. On a slight minus side: reception area basic. The hotel recommends Tobey Carvery for dinner next door. Go instead to one of the local restaurants down Queen's Road. We had a good experience at the newly opened Adelfia - a Greek restaurant only a few minutes' walk away.

Stayed here on a recent work related reunion, for one night only. Ample parking, friendly staff and a good quiet room on the ground floor at the rear. It had everything I needed. No hairdryer but I brought my own. Very comfortable bed gave me a good nights sleep. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, great bar and restaurant service....

I had three nights here whilst watching the tennis at the O2 arena. This is an ex Holiday Inn Express which in the main explains whilst there are only showers in the rooms - no baths, although they do state this on their web site. Also breakfasts are in house and there is a Toby Carvery next door, not one...
